When to the concord mills location and they were awesome. I had work done at a sister location in Atlanta ga. They set an appointment and took me back earlier than the appointment due to this being a return visit. They fixed the issue from the sister company in no time. I called around to about 4 different Firestone locations and this was the ONLY one that told me to come on in and that they would accommodate me into their schedule without having to make an appointment. The person checking me in (I hate I didn't get her name) is always so friendly and personable. I enjoy interacting with her. She really makes the entire experience from start to finish such a great experience. They got my car done WAY before I had expected it to get done. I prefer driving a little further to this location vs going to the location right down the street from me.

Dealership recommended an alignment on one of our vehicles and Tim said it was almost perfectly aligned, so it wasn’t needed. This saved me $200 if I had done so with the dealership. Thank you.

Shoutout to Kenny and the rest of the team here. I took my car to the Honda dealership for a simple oil change and side mirror replacement. Honda decided to tell me that my car needed almost $4k worth of repairs, the most expensive repair being a severe oil leak, and they quoted me $1700 for that alone. Something didn’t feel right about that. I decided to take my car over to this Firestone for a second opinion. The technicians here looked at my car and said there was an oil leak although it wasn’t that big of a deal, and it wasn’t that urgent, and they quoted me like $300 to fix all of that. In fact, Firestone said that it looked like the Honda dealership deliberately spilled oil on the underside of my car to make it look worse (and this is probably because I asked them to send me pictures for proof). Anyways, I really appreciate the team here. I felt like I got some really good work done on my car that was performed by honest car technicians (which apparently is rare these days). 10/10 recommend. These people are lifesavers!!

This review is way overdue. I have been taking my vehicles to the Firestone on Concord Mills Blvd, Concord, NC for over 10 years. In prior years, I had service work done at various locations (including Goodyear) with mixed results. After meeting with Kenny Ewing and discussing the work that needed to be done, I’ve never looked elsewhere. I’ve always respected his honesty and attention to detail. Never “pushy” or games played with work that needs to be done. Factual, professional and always courteous. I always feel/know that my vehicles will be serviced correctly and in a timeless manner.

I would like to say that Tim Hill and the crew at Concord Mills Firestone location did an excellent job of getting my daughter’s car back on the road after some serious steering and suspension problems. Not only did they give her an awesome deal on tires and getting the car’s alignment back to proper specs; it was nice feeling like you weren’t being pressured into other repairs and to top it off the out the door cost was surprisingly lower than what I anticipated. If you’re looking for excellent and honest service go to Firestone at Concord Mills.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Firestone at Concord Mills and I always get the great service that I expect. Tim and the team have always given me honest input, answers, etc. and plenty of discounts on the work they have done to my vehicles. I even asked Tim specifically if I need led a service done and he told me to wait. I feel other places would have done the service just to make money. Best experience I’ve had getting my car worked on. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! They originally replaced the fuel pump because my car wasn’t starting. Then it started for them but didn’t start when I can’t to pick it up. They immediately took it to the back and worked on figuring out the problem. The battery just wasn’t starting, so they replaced it for free!!! I highly recommend this location, I felt comfortable and the customer service was top tier. Will definitely make this my new mechanic shop in the future.

I’ve had mixed experiences at this location. When it comes to tires, you get a good tire at a decent price. They’re good at that. My wife has taken her car in at times for alignments and oil changes. This location said they performed the alignment but didn’t provide the results of the alignment on paper, which they have always done. I was reimbursed when I approached them about it. Nevertheless, I can’t send her by herself anymore for fear of not getting the service we paid for. On two separate occasions I stopped to air up tires on our cars, which is a self service job. The first time was before the shop opened. The garage was open and the employees were about. Yet I was told that I had to wait until they opened. The second time was near closing. This time, I was told they were closed. Again, the garage was open. Overall, I’ve had mixed experiences. But a simple requests to air my tires and uncertainty whether my wife will honestly receive the services she asked for result in my low rating.

As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile. I witnessed each customer that walked thru that door treated as first class. It started with Tim, I called in I didn't have an appointment. I asked if I could get a oil change today, immediately he said be here within an hour and I will get you in. And that indeed is what he'd did! Kenneth checked me in he has great personality and great customer service as well. I was expecting my oil change to be in the range of at least $129 he said your special for today is $89 I was so happy you would have thought I hit the lottery. From this point on this is the only Firestone I will let service my truck. Thanks guys, keep up the great work!

This location i On Concord Mills Blvd is my 'Go To' 💯 percent of the time. I've been coming to this location for over 13 years...always took care of my automobiles.
