I recently had my car repaired for a second time with Gerber Collision & Glass. My vehicle was unfortunately hit while parked a week before I was supposed to move cross country to CA. Susan along with the estimator were extremely helpful. They made it a point to fit me in and got my vehicle fixed in a few short days so that I was able to leave on time. I will be recommending Gerber to friends & family in the Charlotte area!

Gerber turned a really awful experience of getting into a car accident into an extremely great outcome. They even helped me work through issues with my insurance company. My car looks better than when I first bought it! They gave constant updates on the repair as it did have extensive damage and needed to stay in the shop for a while. They are very detailed in their work and the paint job looks AMAZING! Everyone there is so incredibly friendly and really cares about the work that they do. I would absolutely recommend anyone come here to get repairs or cosmetic work done!

I used Gerber Collision & Glass after my car was damaged in a hail storm. It had over 1,000 dings in it and was a mess! I have car insurance with USAA & Gerber Collision is one of their preferred providers. I spoke with Gabe and he was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They had my car for about 4 weeks, but told me it would take about that long- the damage came to over $10,000! The car looks perfect, better than new, everything works on it as it should- ie the windshield wipers, as windshield had to be replaced. I’m very happy with the job they did. The paint was perfectly matched, there are absolutely no dents anywhere, Gabe was a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend them!

Horrible service! I scheduled an appointment over two weeks ago and was informed my window for my Mercedes was ordered and would come in today. My appointment was scheduled for tomorrow. I waited all this time to be informed today, that it was never ordered. He didn’t even know about the type of tint I had on it. Now I’m being told even if they can do it, I have to get someone else to do the tint on it when originally I was informed the window would come matching my other windows.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience when having my Honda repaired after a tree fall. Everyone involved was extremely professional and knowledgeable with my claim. They worked directly with my insurance company and I only had to set appointments that worked with my schedule. They helped arrange a rental car with Enterprise and even had Enterprise pick me up so I didn't have to Uber there. My vehicle was completed ahead of schedule which was more than I could have asked for. Thank you everyone for all of your help! You definitely earned a repeat customer!

Gabe and staff were excellent to work with. I went to 3 other Body shops for a quote; Gerber had it back within 24 hours. The other 3 I went to, 2 of them its been almost 2 months I still do not have a quote even after several phone calls, the one quote I got was outrageous and dishonest. They handled everything with the insurance company, quote payment, and rental car. I just had to drop my car off and they did the rest. Car came out perfect. Scheduled a free estimate online and had my fiancé take the vehicle to the shop today on his lunch break. He called me because he was told that they won’t do an estimate as the other party’s insurance company had already done an estimate. I tried to explain that we were looking to get the parts and labor costs provided by Gerber but she said that they wouldn’t do an estimate. It seems like they just wanted the check and didn’t care that we would like to know what needed to be done to the car in detail. I told my fiancé to leave and we’ll find another place that will provide better service.

Experience with Gerber Collision & Glass (Concord location) was first class. Savannah (front desk), Zayne (estimator), and Gabe (GM) demonstrated professionalism and client service excellence from start to finish. I was particularly impressed by their efforts to get me my car back on a Friday afternoon, when the work probably could have easily been pushed to Monday (causing me to pay rental car insurance over the weekend). I will undoubtedly go back to them if I have collision repair needs in the future.

Would definitely recommend this place, from Savannah being kind on the phone throughout beginning of the process to Zayne answering all your concerns to Amanda and all of them updating you consistently is key. Car came back nice. Had some concerns that were addressed immediately with profession and care in a fast manner. A lot of other places can fix cars as well, but this place has outstanding customer service and care! If anything were to pop up for example the snow day recently, they immediately notify you which is good to have that consistent texts. Thanks Savannah, Amanda and Zayne. Would def come back to them if anything else were to happen but def recommend.

Got into a small fender bender when a fella backed into me. Decided to go with Gerber for my repairs based on reviews. The reviews didn't lie! Shop was fantastic with communication. Shop allowed me to keep my car until parts were delivered to cut down on rental coverage. Special shout out to Zayne!!! He contacted me everyday to keep me in the loop on repairs. Results came out beautiful and I was even surprised at how well the color matched on the paint job! They even went the extra mile to clean the inside and outside of my car. Hopefully I never need any more major body work completed, but if I do, this is the place to go!

There are not enough words to describe how amazing our experience was with Gerber Collision & Glass of Concord.
