Automotive triage is the best car repair shop I've ever been to since moving to north Carolina 14 years ago. Josh and Scott are the most honest and knowledgeable mechanics my husband and I ever have the pleasure of working with we will not go anywhere else After spending unnecessary money on unnecessary repairs at another shop Josh let us know those repairs were not needed that's when we knew automotive triage will be our permanent repair shop.

I was recommended by a friend of mine and Scott was a great experience. He had my car evaluated, told what the issue was, recommended we try something small first to make sure, then told me to call back asap if problem continued.... I felt he was honest and not trying to perform services just to get my money..... I'm definitely gonna recommend him and go back for future services.

My battery died and I was luckily across the street from this shop. So they sent a guy to me and got my battery cleaned up and jumped off. I brought my car over to have it fully looked at, and it unfortunately started raining but they got it looked at and found the problem and fixed it for a reasonable price despite being rained on through the process. Grateful for such fast work 🙏 10/10 would recommend

I came in on a Saturday to see if they could squeeze in an inspection. It was no problem. I didn't catch the name of who I worked with but I believe he is the owner. He was very helpful! I noticed while waiting they have a number of technicians with many certifications. I will be coming back for other vehicle needs. Thanks! Also it is nice to support a local company. Update March 2022: I had work done on another vehicle and they fix what a mobile mechanic messed up. They fixed brake lines. Thank You. It took a few weeks due to their backlog but I'm happy with their work. Thanks Automotive Triage!

Called wanting a tune-up and about an issue with my power steering on an older vehicle and he had me an appointment the next day and was done by lunch. Was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and explained everything he did to my vehicle and why. Not to mention the competitive and fair pricing. Thank you Automotive Triage in Concord NC for repairing my truck. It needed multiple repairs and you guys did an awesome job taking care of them. Because my truck had multiple problems, these guys didn’t stop until they pinpointed each one. For anyone needing repairs to their car or truck look no further than Automotive Triage. They won’t try to sell you things you don’t need. I don’t trust many places to work on my vehicles but these guys are very professional and trustworthy. I came to this place recommend by my Co-worker friend. I have never heard of this place before. I took my car there the staff is very nice and the lovely lady at the front was most pleasant. My car did not need what I thought it would be and they were honest and told me that I did not need to have the passenger tire rod fixed. So they aligned my tires and did my inspection at a great price. I am impressed. The customers that came in were extremely nice as well. You should try this place. I will be back and I recommend to my brother and family as well 👍🏼😊😊

It's not often that I can recommend a highly respectable automotive repair shop like Automotive Triage. These guys are upfront and honest about your repairs. They will not try to "up-sell" you in any way. Mike and his team members do excellent work. It's usually rare that you get to actually have a conversation with the shop manager (a great friendly guy I might add). My conversation about their shop's warranty work with Mike only gave me reassurance that I not only get a job well done but they back it up. Did I mention that based off their very fair rates and excellent work, I'll always have my vehicles serviced with them in the future? Thank you for a very good experience unlike what I had to deal with others in the past!

As a testament to their dedication, they even took the initiative to install new valve stem caps on my tires, perfectly matching the wheels. Purchased tires from SimpleTire and had them shipped to this place with prepaid installation and an appointment. Upon arriving. I was told they couldn't do it today and it would have to be Thursday. Monday isbmy only day off, I explained, and I wad told they contacted SimpleTire to reschedule. Unfortunately no one informed me. I sent this place an email the same day as my order (April 7th) to confirm and no one replied. I called Simpletire to get a refund on the installation, and they told me no one from Automotive Triage contacted them for a reschedule. Given the attitude I got from triage, I believe Simpletire.

A special thanks to the team at Automotive Triage for their recent repair work on my 2nd vehicle. They were kind of enough to handle towing the vehicle to their shop and complete the diagnostic to determine the repair needed. They were able to provide a quote and complete the work promptly although it was over the recent 4th of July holiday. So far the AC compressor replacement has worked well without issue and I’m glad to know it come with a 2 year/24k mile warranty. I highly recommend them for vehicle service and repairs

My family comes here to service their vehicles, and when I asked my mom to make an appointment for me, I was squeezed in within a week. I was 5 minutes late because of traffic/construction and my spot was still held for me. It took a few hours before my car was ready for pick up, but I expected to have to wait. Nothing was recommended to me that wasn’t necessary, and there was no pressure to get everything done at once although I did decide to follow their recommendations. I notice a big difference in my car from the work that was done, and I don’t feel like I overpaid at all. Overall, I had a great experience, and I’ll be coming back for any services I need in the future. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this shop! After spending over a year dealing with the Audi dealership and getting nowhere, Michael went above and beyond to get my SUV running better than it ever has. He was amazing — always texting me with updates, explaining everything clearly, and helping in every way possible. My motor had to be replaced, and he handled the whole process with such care and professionalism. I finally have peace of mind knowing my car is in great hands.
