The manager was awesome I was over an hour away from home and he allowed me use of tools to change my front brakes which went out and started scrubbing. He went out of his way to help me out when the other orange auto store up the road said they weren't allowed to help me out or allow me so many thanks to you I forgot to get your name but you're the man!

The service was horrible, the young man didn't want to go to my car and look at what I needed to buy so I could fix it. If I was his mother, he would have been in a lot of trouble acting like he did towards customers. I will NOT go back to that Advance again for anything. It's a shame one person can run good customers off. After good customers is what pays his salary.

I stopped by Advance Auto today to purchase some much needed windshield wipers. The gentleman helped me find the right ones and had another employee to put them on. Even though he was installing them, he took the time to explain how to replace them myself. He even filled my washer fluid reserve after installing my windshield wiper blades.

Every single time I come here they give me the INCORRECT part and I have to get a refund which doesn’t come back automatically and have to buy it all over again. Will NEVER come back here again. Would rather go across town to get my parts! Do it right the first time and you won’t have to worry about bad reviews!

Wouldn't even give this place one star. Entered store with no greeting or someone to ask if I needed help with something. A man bought food in and the man at the counter was just standing at the counter eating his food. Didn't see any other employees but you could hear them talking to one another loudly in different areas of the store or backroom. Several aisles had empty boxes just laying in the way. Sounded like a lot of horse play going on instead of helping customers with what they needed. One employee used a few cuss words while I was in the store. I'm not even sure if they knew I was in the store or not and definitely no employee said anything to me as I was leaving. Have bought parts for my car from this place many times but I won't anymore.

Went there for a rear wiper blade for my wifes 2022 trailblazer the guy asked if it was a Toyota I said no Chevy the blade I bought he couldn't change then told me they didn't have one for her vehicle and refunded my money

I'm sure this place doesn't look l8ke much, but for an old woman, Pedro was awesome to me. Precision tune wanted to charge an old woman on disability 30 bucks. Absolutely not! I will come back to see Pedro everything, and he can tell me where to get my car fixed. I'm so happy! Pedro just pulled my window up, niw it won't rain in my old beater like it did last night, and I went in and bought some things.

I had a quick question. The man answering asked me to be on hold. I did not lie and take 2 minutes for something I told him would take 5 seconds because people do that and that's not really fair. But he did NOT put me on hold and answered the simple question. It's a small thing but decency and people actually giving a hoot (haha, no I don't talk like that but this is Google so...) isn't that common! I'm grateful for the man's assistance regardless of if I buy the product today. At least I know somewhere I can get it. Why is that important? If someone looks like they may be scoping one of your vehicles and you're thinking quick and easy extra protection, you need to know where to get it.

It’s snowing out like crazy. My alternator failed that day. Took it off, went to the store, picked it up. Installed on my car. Up and moving again. Manager is the rudest person I’ve ever met there. He wouldn’t even let me pick up parts and accuse me of being somebody that I’m not even that person I do legitimate business commercially, and this person was rude and has a bad attitude had to call the regional manager on him Jason Hall do not deal with this store. Just go down the road to Poplar tent or up the road to Cannon Boulevard you will have way better service there. Rudy is the worst person you’ll ever meet and he runs that store.

This store will not honor the same price as their other store. Got a quote for $81 for my starter at one store rode across town the next day and went to the advance Auto closer to me and it was same starter for $98 and the guy would not honor the $81 price saying the other store must have used someone's account and then he proceeded to ask me for my account and I don't have one. I just wanted a starter.. I didn't tell the other store. I had an account.. these kids running these joints don't even know parts. If it's not in the computer they don't know what it is. The kid actually said what have you got there when he saw my starter on the counter I said it's a starter My days with advance Auto are done. I'll go to O'Reilly's or somewhere else even if I have to pay more. At least they're consistent

I pull up to this particular location at 7:34 to go in and get oil. As I’m doing so a man walks up to the door unlocks it proceeds to walk in locks it back then walks to the back of the store. If the store hours are 7:30-9 then why are you not open at 7:30? Why do you not acknowledge me or say hey I’m running a little behind give me a few minutes. I apologize for the inconvenience. He said absolutely nothing. The store isn’t open on time and It’s very big inconvenience this morning.
