Everyone was very nice, which is why I'm giving 2 stars. However, I did not get the free tire rotation included in the service and was not told it was not performed. I was not told of any defects that were found on the inspection until I read over the receipt myself. The reason was written in the notes but if I'm paying 100 dollars for an oil change I'd at least like to be told why I'm getting half the services included or at least a discount if all the services aren't done. Very disappointed, would stick with Valvoline if it's going to end up being the same price for the same service. Very disappointed

Have been going here for YEARS and will never go again. Jacked up the cost of oil change, didn't tell me about coupon on website, charged me for tire rotation AFTER I was told they didn't rotate my tires because one of my lug bolts was cross threaded. Took my car back to the tire place that did them, and my tires were fine, and rotated my tired for free. Called precision tune back to complain and he had the nerve to tell me that they rotated the other tires! How do you rotate 3 tires?!?! Number 1 don't lie to me, number 2 don't over charge me and number 3 hire people that are going to make your customers come back. Worst customer service I have ever had here. Will not go back as long as that person works there. Precision tune, if this is how you do business, that's sad. YOU DONT LIE TO CUSTOMERS! I'm very angry about this! UPDATE: Really was just given a line of crap from regional management AND NEVER even received the measly $10 refund I was promised by the regional manager. I stand by my review. Have not and will never go back.

Literally zero cars ahead of me… took 55 minutes to do an oil change. One person was working while the others just sat there. When I asked about getting my inspection (I got mine done there last year), he told me it was going to be $10 more than last year and was going to charge me to check the tint on each window. He then said he would not guarantee it would pass. I told him nothing had changed and he SHRUGGED at me and just grinned. I asked about getting my tires balanced and rotated and he said the STREET TIRES on my jeep were “too aggressive and he wouldn’t want to do them”. Again…. Street tires… larger version of what’s on a friggin car. I should have known better. When I walk up and the guy huffs at me because he had to get up off his stool, what was I to expect! Don’t waste your time. Some things may be cheaper but with the amount of “Give-A-Damn” presented by the staff and what I am guessing is the manager (since he is the one that huffed and said he didn’t want to do the tires and quoted me the crazy prices for inspections), I’d be scared they wouldn’t put it back together correctly. I hope the owners read this and make changes. I’ve used them (different locations) for years and hate to see bad staff kill a business.

Told me it would cost me 1050 to replace an ac compressor. Even though I had my own parts. Only thing I needed was the refrigerant. I believe they knew I was from out of town and went for the max. I ended up going elsewhere. But that was my experience

They've done the oil changes on my 3 vehicles and some other work on my son's Honda. Even though it was 2 different locations, we've had good customer service at both locations. I took my Toyota to the dealership, and they overcharged me for some work I feel wasn't addressed. I will be bringing it to Precision Tune to see how they do. I'll keep you posted!!!

BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE! Took car in and paid for the diagnostic test. Cool but not cool cuz now I have a bad transmission to get fixed. I inquire about getting extended warranty. Manager literally advised me to bring it back and they won’t back date it. They’ll start a new service date. Got CarShield and as long as I drove the car for 90 days and over 1,000 miles they’d pay for my transmission. 4mths later I show up and do another diagnostic everything seems to go as planned. Then get called saying CarShield denied claims. They got caught trying to be sleezy and now I’m stuck with the bill with no transmission.
