It was disappointing that some Rogues shown online as "in stock" in Concord were not there when we arrived at the dealer. This may have been do to high demand for the remaing '25 models. Still, Modern's team did a great job of scanning their large inventory and we are very pleased with the two new Rogues we purchased. We're long-terms customers of this dealership and their sales, service and finance teams respected our loyalty and worked very hard to make this possible. Thank you Modern Nissan Concord!

Knowledgeable and friendly service advisors that know what’s needed to be done. Very punctual and keep me upto date on all work done. I have had my car done with everyone at some point (Bobby, Jordan, Mike, Arturo, etc), and they all offer exceptional service. A clean waiting area with all required amenities makes waiting for the car while it’s being worked upon much easier. They take my car through a complimentary car wash and comes cleaner than when it went in. The multi-point inspection every time puts my mind at ease. Would highly recommend them.

I took my 23 Rogue in to have my engine replaced. I was passed my warranty with Nissan. I did have a warranty with another company. The 3rd party "warranty company" was not interested in paying for the repairs. Negotiations went on for 3 weeks. Service Rep "Heath" got it done. He kept me informed of the situation. I'm now driving my Rogue again. All around, it feels and performs like a new vehicle.

Bobby Monte was very helpful and friendly. I like the video description of my car to show proof and just to know what's going on with my car. It's something I haven't seen at any other Nissan dealership and I've been servicing my car at different Nissan dealerships since 2020. I definitely will be bringing my car back to get further services because I feel like this is a more genuine/honest service center and the prices are reasonable. I can't express how much of a relief my experience was compared to other Nissan dealerships in the area.

My Rogue needed basic maintenance - Oil change & tire rotation. I also mentioned a minor battery charge issue. Bobby Monte was my service advisor. Minutes after checking my Rogue in, I received a text noting that the service process had begun. Later, the technician sent me a video explanation of his work and inspection of the vehicle, along with recommendations for future service. (This is helpful for my planning). I replied to the video, asking for paperwork documentation about the battery issue, and Bobby Monte (service advisor) responded immediately. At pick-up, Bobby walked me through all that was done and the recommendations for future visits. When I got to my Rogue, I discovered that they had even washed it for free! This is the kind of service I regularly receive at Modern Nissan of Concord. They are exceptional. This is why both my Rogue and my Altima have only been serviced by the dealer. Great work!
