Very honest mechanics. I took my X3 in for brakes because Hendrick BMW stated I needed front brakes. Euroenvy mechanic contacted me after looking at the car and told me I didn’t need brakes, still had some life on them. I really appreciate their honesty. I won’t take my X3 anywhere else.

i bought my 98 m3 with 228,000 miles and loads of neglected maintenance, Shannon and the team have been incredible at diagnosing and fixing a lot of the things wrong with the car, 8,000 miles later the car is still solid and they’re still my go to!

I recently had quite an adventure with my car. It all started when I got my oil changed and had a state inspection done in another state. I was driving from Pennsylvania to Virginia, on my way to Charlotte. I planned to stay overnight in a hotel in Virginia before continuing my journey. The place that did my oil change mentioned they couldn't reset the service reminder/error message on the screen. So, while I was driving to Virginia, my car kept flashing "Oil pressure low." It was 11 PM, and I had no idea where to stop. I assumed it was just the reminder not being reset, as the service provider had informed me. I made it to the hotel, but the next day, my car wouldn't start. It made loud knocking noises and had jumpy movements. I stopped and towed my car from Virginia to the BMW dealer in Charlotte. A couple of days later, the dealer called and informed me that the car didn't have enough engine oil—only one quart! They recommended replacing the entire engine and quoted a whopping $27,000 for a remanufactured engine. I was shocked! Even my 2016 car wouldn't resale for that price. Desperate for options, I called companies that buy cars with failed engines, and they quoted me $1,500. Then, THANK GOD, I called Euroenvy to check if they could replace the engine. They asked why I needed a new engine, and after explaining the issue, they quoted a price, and I approved the job. I then called BMW to release my car, and they offered to replace the engine for $19,000 with a used engine that had 79k miles. I declined and asked them to release the car. I towed the car to Euroenvy, thinking they were going to replace the engine. This is when the MIRACLE happened. Euroenvy called and said they weren't sure why I needed an engine replacement. They ran some diagnostics and asked me every single question about what had happened. After a thorough test run, they discovered that my engine didn't need replacement at all! The issue was a leaking oil drain plug, stripped by the first place that did the oil change. They fixed it, test-ran the car, checked for any leaks, and found none. They charged me $243 for the service, and my car has been running super fine ever since. In 2 weeks, the agony i went through is something cannot be explained (from $27000 to $19000 to $1500 to sell the car to now. This is not just about money. It is a combination of money + agony that we were going through the whole time. Euroenvy could have just replaced the engine as I already approved the job (BTW their engine replacement is way cheaper than the dealer) but they didn’t do it. They did what was right and I just LOVE this place. Until I live in Charlotte, you will be my GO TO place for my car. In today's world, it's easy to find smart people, but honesty is a very rare quality. Euroenvy is a place that combines both smartness and honesty. You are the best, and I will never forget this experience.

This jewel of a place was unknown to me until a chance encounter with another BMW enthusiast at Amici’s during which he recommended Euroenvy. That was about 2 months ago. It’s the only place I take my BMWs now…3 times since then (330i, 328i and M340i models). They are cheaper than Hendrick, great communicators, have great staff and knowledgeable honest technicians and really get the work done right… Not sure they’re not a household name in Concord but I highly recommend them.

Excellent communication. I didn’t even meet anyone in person until I was picking up my car because I was orchestrating the repair from out of town via email. Even though I live 2 hours away I will continue to bring my BMW exclusively to Euroenvy. Top notch work.

EuroEnvy is one of the best independent Bimmer shops I have ever used. Tom, Shannon, Ben and team are very knowledgeable and are true professionals. They are upfront on all costing and provide a written estimate of all repairs. They keep all my cars in top shape!

Idk why I didn't leave a review already but 2 years ago my car was in terrible condition and I did not want to go to a dealership to get it fixed, I heard about this place randomly and gave them a chance. Fast forward to 2025 I needed some different repairs and they not only fixed everything correctly but on the first attempt, and within a short time span and for a great price. This is the best place to get BMW’s fixed bye a long shot. The people here truly care about your safety.

Love this shop. I have been bringing my 06 330 here for years. It has almost 300k miles on it. I trust Shannon, Tom and their awesome techs to take care of me with transparency. People seem to complain about the price of having high end imports worked on. The cars were expensive to start with. Parts are expensive and so is having the knowledge and certifications to work on these cars. They do NOT over charge and they do NOT perform work until it is approved and the customer has signed off on it so there are no surprises. Anyone talking negatively about Euroenvy must be taking their frustration out on them for having a vehicle that has not been maintained or has not had recommended work done. Shannon and Tom even put pictures of the issues on the estimate so you KNOW they are not trying to hide anything. If you have a mercedes, bmw or mini it is your responsibility as an owner to know that these vehicles are not like hondas and toyotas. You can't ignore issues and expect a MB or BMW certified technician to work magic. The public has the privilege of posting reviews of businesses now and cowards come on Google with lies and fabrications. Keyboard courage is easy to see through when you know first hand the quality of the business owners and the quality of the work they perform. Tom and Shannon, you keep working hard and being honest. Your smart customers will always have your back! Thanks! TB

Hands down the best in the Charlotte area! Huge thank you to Shannon and the EuroEnvy team. They went out of their way to help me when I was having issues with my BMW and stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process. Their service was top-notch; honest, fairly priced, and fast. The team truly went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for expert European car care!

Tom and Shannon run one of the few shops in Charlotte that go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and treat your vehicle like their own. I had a previous mechanic damage the car by me trying to save a few dollars. With EuroEnvy they worked with me during the whole process to make sure I understood what was being done and update me on the progress. As long as I own a BMW they are the only people I will let touch my car.

I am in the process of scheduling a service time with Euroenvy. I purchased a BMW 530i and inquired about some service estimates and had a few questions. They got back to me quickly and addressed any questions and concerns I had. That alone goes a long way with me, most companies take forever to respond back if they ever do. I’m looking forward to doing business with this specialty shop and have them maintain my vehicle in the future as well. I just wanted to add an update to my previous post. I can confidently say that this is one of the best automotive repair shops that I’ve done business with in a very long time. They truly care about their customers, and go above and beyond in explaining and prioritizing services. They are very knowledgeable and take pride in providing the best customer service possible, making sure that you are satisfied customer that will continue your business with them.

Visited for the first time and was treated like a normal person. No Dealer upselling or overcharging. Shanon was very pleasant to work with and is fairly knowledgeable about common BMW issues. 12/23 UPDATE! Another great experience and we continue to spread the word about where to have your German car worked on! Shannon was pleasant as always and, the car came out from the Shop clean and well cared for. These folks are more than fair so we are going to buy another German just to keep us from going back to the Dealer network! Thanks EA!

I recently had work done on my BMW here at Euroenvy, and I would say this is the best experience I've had at a garage. They were able to setup an appointment with me, and have an estimate for me very quickly, got my car in and completed within hours. I would also like to say that Shannon from Euroenvy was so helpful and informative the whole time. She was willing to work with me with different things and was helping me out the whole way. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Shannon and Tom have always made time for me and my bmw's/Mini's. Tom is super knowledgeable and doesn't try to upsell work that isn't required. Shannon and Ben are very polite and will take the time to make sure that I'm satisfied with the work done and explain any charges. The guys in the shop are alway friendly and professional, and treat my vehicles like you expect the dealer to do, but better. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Exactly the place to take your BMW, Audi, Mercedes or Mini, especially if you've got a BMW with an S54 engine! Experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. We were on a Schuh Syndikat BMW drive through Virginia and North Carolina when our 2001 M Coupe started having engine problems. We were going to take it to a dealer, but knowledgeable locals in the group convinced us that it was worth driving almost 3 hours to Charlette to have EuroEnvy work on it. They were so right! Not only did Tom and Shannon, the owners, squeeze us in that day, but Tom started diagnostics while he ate lunch, and came out to explain that it needed a throttle position sensor - and he had one! Their son drove us to the mall to hang out while we waited, and Shannon picked us up and brought us back when it was done. They explained in detail what was done and why, and also did an all over check and found several of our oil pan bolts loose, which Tom tightened. He also answered several questions about what we might want to look into replacing, as the car is 24 years old. The shop is very clean and well-organized, and Tom takes many courses to stay up to date. SO glad we ended up here.

It may be hard for me to top the glowing reviews of the team at EuroEnvy but I'm going to try! I have a '12 M3 that I periodically take to the track and on the way to a local shop to have the oil changed and brake fluid flushed before leaving town the check engine light came on and my car went into limp mode. I was fearing the worst, and after 1.5 days the local shop didn't make progress. EuroEnvy to the rescue. EuroEnvy had been recommended to me and I called and explained my predicament. While no promises were made, I was given some hope that they would accept my car first thing in the morning and see if they could help. I rearranged some things, retrieved my car, and drove it to EuroEnvy arriving later that day to drop it off in case that would help the time crunch. Several of the team were in the office and as I began to describe everything in detail it was soon clear that I was talking to people who not only were extremely knowledgeable but also caring. They listened! At a BMW repair shop! Even asked me questions and documented my answers in detail! I left the car and the office with a feeling that I had found people I could trust, who understood the entire situation, and might be able to pull off a miracle and help me out. Things only got better from there. I received a detailed diagnosis and recommendations in writing that same day! I was able to approve the work from my phone and Shannon stayed in contact regarding progress as it unfolded in the morning. Everything that needed to be fixed was fixed, and several shortcomings from work done elsewhere were found and corrected. The car was meaningfully test driven to ensure all was well and I was off to my track day which was a total success. Just as important is that I found incredible people at EuroEnvy - honest, extremely skilled, fair, trustworthy. Thank you Shannon, Tom, Ben, and team! I would give even more stars if I could because you deserve it. I only wish I had found you earlier and will be telling everyone I know with a BMW or Mini about my experience!

I had multiple mechanics look at my car and tell me there was nothing they could do and that I needed a new engine. After losing all hope I found Euro Envy and called and spoke with them. They told me they were fully capable of fixing the car and I probably did not need a new engine. I had the car towed in and within the same day they had ran diagnostics on the car, this was on a Wednesday. By Thursday afternoon they notified me that my car was ready for pick up. There was a lot of damage to my car that needed repaired and they were very affordable for the work I had done. I so grateful for them and their honesty and will continue to only use them to service my BMW.

The entire experience was really awesome. The amount of knowledge Shannon has about BMWs is next level. She’s like having a BMW encyclopedia right in front of you. I recently had my rod bearings and VANOs replaced on my Z4M and the entire job went great. They recommended what I should get done with the car was like that and found savings in things that didn’t need replacing and could reuse. It was great having a shop tell me I didn’t need to spend the money on something, it’s nice to find honest people. They communicated the entire time and process. My car is a very rare one in a color that literally took me years to find and thanks to Euroenvy it’s going to be on the road for many years to come. If you own a BMW and don’t take it here, you absolutely should. Best BMW shop in the area, hands down.
