When we first needed a mechanic service for our vehicles, we were not sure where to go. We had seen Paul's but did not know anything about them. Well, take a chance. We were so delighted with the service, friendliness, and honesty that we continued taking our vehicles to Paul's. We are always treated like trusted friends (I even got my car back for over a week without paying because Paul and Pat were on vacation). Now that is trust in ones customers. We put the same trust into the employees of Paul's; to advise us about what repairs are needed and never overcharge for the services provided. With three cars in our possession, we hope that Paul stays in business for a long time. These are truly my best car repair experiences.

This was my first experience at Paul's Automotive and it was a great one. It’s easy to find a good mechanic, but hard to find one that is good and honest. I work 1.5 miles from Paul’s and didn’t know they were even there, they are truly a hidden gem. I would recommend Paul’s to anyone looking for a mechanic. Between two cars, Paul saved me over $2,500. I was so impressed with everyone there and the service I bought 6 car care books for Christmas presents. My car care book paid for itself on the first visit.

I will never go to a different shop again. Paul's has absolutely hit it out of the park. They have great customer service, repaired my truck quickly and did everything right. They did not cut corners, and went out of their way to help me! Cory at the front desk is very kind and helpful. I am so glad that I found a trustworthy and reliable mechanic. They treated me with respect and even showed me the damaged parts they removed and gave me a detailed receipt. Now this might not be able to be everyone's case - but I live very close to the shop, and not only did they drive me home after I dropped my truck off, they even picked me up so I could pick up my truck. They also offer third party financing. The shop is very clean, welcoming, they are not intimidating, and I am just so pleased with my experience. Thank you Paul's Automotive!

My bf got an oil change when we first moved here from Florida and he loved his experience at Paul's. As a lady, I always found it hard to trust mechanics in FL but when I took my car in for an inspection I was glad to hear that my car wasn't falling apart needing repairs lol Paul gave the throttle body a clean and my car drives SO much better than before! It's like night and day. Thank you! Also shout out to Cody (I think) at the front desk for being welcoming, informative, and friendly! I'm happy to have found our new go-to car service/repair shop

Paul's Automotive has gone above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with the work, explained each step, and gave an explanation as to what and why the work needed to be done. They were able to work within my budget to help me get the necessary work to make my car run efficiently again. They also did not make me feel as if I was a bother when I asked questions or asked for additional information. They treated me with such respect and courtesy. I have been going here for over a year and it’s been great! The front office is always so nice… Paul and Joe are both thorough and transparent. They are good at what they do and keep open communication to the customer. I appreciate that they are fair and honest. I've been coming to Paul's for over 5 years now. They are always straight with me and never push for unnecessary services. Theresa in the front office is delightful. I've also dealt with Paul directly, and he kept me coming back. They have a newer mechanic named Joe, who is amazing. Recently moved to the area and I had the pleasure of having my car serviced at Paul’s Automotive today and couldn’t be more impressed. I was in need of A/C repair that had not been working for a year. I contacted Paul’s Automotive Service and Repair. I must say that I am 62 years old and I have met a lot of people in my time and Joe is one of the most kind and well mannered young Men that I have ever met. Very courteous and informative on the repairs needed. Turn around time was 1 day and price was excellent. Teresa, at the front desk, was also substantially above standard on the phone contacts. This business and all the staff are absolutely First Class. Highly recommend.
