The employees here expect you to know everything. You ask a question and they make you feel stupid with their tone and their judgy look. If you can’t find a product and need help finding it do not ask them.

Great service. The store manager Blake greeted me when I came in. Got me what to needed right away. Offered to install my windshield wiper even though it was raining outside. While waiting for the install an associate came up to me to see if I needed any assistance. I will definitely return to this location even if it’s out of my way!

This place is garbage. Came in early in the morning. Plenty of people there, but couldn’t get any help. I needed the clips that hold the insulation on the underside of my hood. I asked for help and they told me aisle 6 and said they were universal. I went to aisle 6 and they are tons of these clips. I went back and asked for help identifying the right ones and was told to go to the dealer. Wait, what?? This is an auto parts store and that’s what they do. I was also told by another person that the one who told me to go to the dealer was their “mechanic”. I will never go there again. It was a wasted trip. EDIT: I went down the street to Advance Auto Parts and they helped me get the correct clips.

Custom service is terrible. Took my battery here to be charged. Guy checked it and said he could do it. Someone would call me in an hour. Well after waiting over 2 hours and multiple unanswered calls I decided to go up there only for some guy to tell me my battery is no good which was cool but when I started to ask questions on why no one contacted me or why it took so long, dude brushed me off saying he doesn't know, he wasn't the one that took checked it in and then walks off. Didn't even ask me about buying a new one which I would have but dude was such a jerk I wouldn't dare buy an air freshener from here.

Customer service horrible. I went to get what i needed, but still not the first person asked if i needed help. Checked out, using self check out as the lady who appeared to be the manager was to busy talking about kids on the phone. Several ppl walked out to have the door alarm to sound and no one even looked. The lady on the phone call regarding children walked to the back as i and another person set off the alarm, we stepped back in thinking she would come check. Nope stayed on the phone in the back. Other guy was replacing a battery outside, and didn't both to ask to see receipt.. He was standing right outside the door.. Time to shop some where else! Horrible Customer Service!!

The manager was Amazing.He needs a raise. Been coming to this store for 5/6years. However the employees are VERY VERY unprofessional. I can spend my money and buy parts elsewhere. But I choose here. Had one employee, every week I’ll stop and ask to dump my used oil(different days) the tank is always full. Took to advance where she sent me too, and purchased $150 in product at advance .right after dumping my oil (Situation)I returned a warranty product I was asked why am I returning it. I advised it’s under warranty (purchased 4years ago I saw the purchase date on the computer) he then proceeded to ask me “who approved it” “what’s there name” “what wrong with the product” . I advised the manager (had the conversation with the manager earlier went I purchased replacement part). But the best part was. He’s was on the phone with ear pods on talking to the person about there day/ what’s that noise in the background, he’s asking the person. While questioning me about my LIFETIME WARRANTY.

Very helpful staff! Had a boost leak on my Porsche on 85 & stopped at the closest auto parts store. They were kind enough to let us try a few different sizes of tools before finding the right one for the job so we could purchase it. 2 star review has NOTHING to do with the employees at the location. This is with autozone as a company. I would also like to add. I have been a mechanic for over 20 years. Been a loyal customer for about 15 years, and I have thousands of dollars worth of warranty parts with this company. I chose this brand over one of their competitors due to the customer service, availability, and willingness to take the next step for customer. In the past 5 or so years, all that has gone out the window. They are over priced, the parts are subpar, and they are unwilling to provide the service they advertise. "Life time warranty" means nothing if the part is not in stock. Cant exchange it unless your drive to another location. They will make you drive across 2 town for over 20 miles because "another manager refuses to store transfer". OK fine, give me a refund on the new part I just purchased that broke. They did, tried to order another from the hub, and they have no clue if the hub has it, or when it will be here. I stopped purchasing from autozones top competitor and became loyal to the brand many many years ago because of this same exact reasons. Now I find myself looking for another brand. Autozone will find themselves filing for bankruptcy along with their competitor if something does not change. They are not here to make customers happy, they're here for the bottom line. I purchased my serpentine belt and tensioner kit for over $90 when a compeditor had it for less because of loyalty. I will be saving money in the future never walking into another autozone again.
