I crashed into the back of someone who stopped in the middle of the highway in July 2020. My 2018 Dodge Challenger bumper was hanging and parts under the hood (near the bumper) were messed up. I choose these guys to repair my car and I'm really happy with the finish job. They restored the car to the original look. Brought the car back to life. I was nervous for the two weeks they had my car on what the finish job would look like. Mr. Den really relaxed my nerves by providing daily/weekly phone calls to me on the process of the repair. I really do appreciate their friendly staff and professional repair work they did. Would recommend them to anyone needing a repair done right.

Even though they advertise an online cost estimate on their website for repairs they don't use it and couldn't suggest other locations that did. Why even have it at that point. A large that sold me on Caliber is their convenience. They are a large chain, and I hoped to have an easy time scheduling a fix here thanks to that. But if that is taken away I don't see a reason to go here over another location.

After my car was broken into, I was pretty stressed out, but Melanie and Jessica at Caliber Collision Concord, NC were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. They kept me informed and made everything as smooth as possible. When I finally got my car back, I was blown away—it looked like I had just driven it off the lot brand new! Although the repairs did take a little while, the quality of the work and the overall experience made it well worth the wait. Everyone I spoke to during the whole repair process was so helpful and friendly!! David kept me up to date throughout and wouldn’t let me take my car home until I was completely satisfied. No one wants to have to have their car fixed, but if it’s ever needed, I cannot recommend Caliber enough!

I had an INCREDIBLE experience...At Mooresville...but this location...I wouldn't trust to open the door of my car without damaging it further. The shop did not communicate well at all during the process, they moved items from the bed of my truck to the cab of the truck during the repair. Items that had I been called about I would have told them to throw away...Things like an old booster seat that had mold all over it...Chainsaw oil that leaked all over the inside of my truck. I was told my truck was ready on the last day of the month, when I arrive it was not fully ready and had paint chipping, they just used touch up paint and tried to send me on my way...you could tell they were just trying to meet a quota vs providing quality work. The team at Mooresville handed me the keys to my wife's car and it was like the day we bought it from the dealership, cleaned inside and out. This location...well...honestly some homeless people could have been living in it based off how it was returned to me.

I dropped my car off for an estimate. We decided not to have the repairs done there. When I picked up the car it was in worse shape than when I dropped it off. I spoke to their representative and he denied any liability for it. He said there is nothing I can do accept pay for them to fix it now. I went to a larger company because I didn’t think they would have to scam people to make a living. If you messed up, admit it and rectify to situation. I’m not expecting you to fix the whole car, just what you broke. I will never do business with them again. When I dropped it off the door latch worked. Not it’s broke. And the door open alarm won’t stop. It’s obviously worse than when I dropped it off.

These guys went above & beyond my expectations of repair! They took very good care of me & my vehicle. I was involved with all communications through all they're repair services. My vehicle was right on time, with the estimated date of pickup! When I picked it up, it was as before needing bodywork conditions. Perfect! Was also told they stand behind their work for a lifetime! Two-week turnaround for full auto repairs. Caliber Collision was hands down the best auto body shop I have ever used. Very friendly, professional, and transparent. From the moment my vehicle went into the shop, David kept my updated on every step of the process. Called/texted/emailed with updates and new damage findings.
