I had to have my battery replaced and the gentleman tested my battery, showing that it failed. He gave me a credit since I gave them my old battery, install the new one in less than 10 minutes! Awesome customer service and very knowledgeable about what they are doing!

Went in because my check engine light had just come on. Employee went right out and pulled codes to find the issue. Explained it to me clearly. Thank goodness it wasn't a major issue but I'll be going back there to buy the part I need. They are always friendly and helpful at this location.

I visited this store location on may 8th at 8:15am. I was having issues trying to figure out how to check my oil because I have a new car and it wasn’t the traditional oil stick type. I went in to the store and there were two guys standing there one of them was on the phone and the other was standing there doing nothing. I looked at the gentleman who was doing nothing to see if he could help me, and he pointed to the other gentleman on the phone. Once the other individual got off the phone I explain my situation to him and asked him what type of oil I needed for my car, he seem very rude almost like I was inconveniencing him. All I needed was for someone to tell me whether or not I needed new oil in my car because I wasn’t sure how to read the dipstick. I don’t know if this individual was having a bad day, or if he was just overwhelmed, which I understand , but as a customer, when you feel like you’re inconveniencing somebody that doesn’t seem right to me. I hope the man that helped me is okay, because he definitely seemed overwhelmed and stressed out

I simply just visited to ask for assistance for a gentleman to help me take my oil cap off because it was stuck. He didn't respond to let me know he was going to help me, he just grabbed his coat and headed toward the door to go outside. I then followed him and told him where my car was, and he then had to go get some pliers to remove it. I thanked him for helping me and he just walked off. .... I felt like he was very rude. No standard customer service. It felt like he didn't even want to help to do only that. They lost my business for anything else I may need car related.

The staff at this location are extremely helpful. My car broke down in the parking lot and one of the employees spent 30 minutes with me until my car was running. Also ordering online is a breeze and in store pickup is super convenient. Try my best to never go to the other “AA” place.

They beat them all they were the only store that had all the relays I needed, for my Nissan and for half the price. Of course they had to order two from another store so I'm going to pick them up now. I got my relays and one had been packages wrong from the supplier ski they switched it out no problem. Great store.

This is the second day in a row I have been there and the same person helped me both days, very helpful and a good sense of humor, great atmosphere in the shop, but one guy there needs some volume in order to live life a little better. He should remember these are autoparts, not hearts and lungs, but all in all it is fun to see people loosing there stuff when they are the only ones doing that and everyone else has a smile on their face... and to the guy that helpped me thank you, you made my day way easier!!!! KUDOS !!! Update: May 8 2025 @ 7:34 AM Door opened and created with a hello, they were.ready to get into it even though it was so early. Great team always a pleasure to stop in here!!!

I’ve shopped here for YEARS. Always had great experiences but someone should tell the woman with brown hair that standing on her phone when a customer needs help isn’t professional. I was in desperate need of a battery for my car, I didn’t even need them to install it and she refused to sell me anything because they close in 12 minutes. I could have been in and out in 2. They lost a $150 sale and a customer.

Please hear me when I say this, STAY AWAY from this place. They sold me a battery 3 weeks ago and installed it incorrectly. The metal rings were not flush with the terminals, causing the battery to overload and short out. Luckily the car didn't quit when I was on the way home from Florida, but at my apartment. I called Hyundai/AAA roadside when my car wouldn't crank (no clicking, no nothing) and they tested everything and showed that the battery was the culprit. Not happy, I went back to this location to demand a replacement as the battery was for one, installed improperly by them but two, it was under warranty. Luckily I had a male with me who stood up to their bullying, aggressive behavior, and all around lack of professionalism. I won't go into all that was said but the manager appeared out of nowhere to begin raising his voice, chastising me, insulting me, and was trying to bully his staff into not replacing the battery. He even had the audacity to tell his staff that they should put my used/drained battery back on the shelf because there was nothing wrong with it. So buyer beware, you will meet a bunch of rude and nasty people and also could be purchasing used and defective equipment with no recourse. Had I been alone, they would have pushed me out of the store and not replaced the battery as I insisted. I will be reaching out to corporate and personally contacting higher up employees with Advanced Auto Parts.

Policy says they should accept a return without a receipt and give you store credit at least if it’s within 30 days but they only follow their policy when they want. So keep your receipts they don’t follow their rules

Only one sales associate in the front. Bro stressing over 3 people since their busy in the back running comercial orders. Came in for a battery since my old one gave out mid ride but anyways i tell him i have a 4 year warranty but no no he has to do all these tests and the terminals dirty pulls out multimeter i just told him your scanner isn’t saying complete yes but at the same time we drained it out. Bro just flips out throws the battery i left the store with my battery LOL. My grandpa said he can test it out later lmaooooo.
