Not only did it take over 2.5 hours to install 2 new tires, they somehow couldn’t justify why it took that long. Absolute joke of a working environment, (employees high fiving each other and wasting customers time). My experience didn’t have to be this bad, they could have told to come another day! But instead let’s just make the customer wait; and that is their motto. DeJa was the person I dealt with… I wouldn’t waste my day with this store ever again! Worst tire store experience I’ve ever had, I hope they improve.

Never heard of this establishment and don't live anywhere close to it. But coincidentally, I had to come this way and just happened to Google the closest place to me to get a break flush. I called before I went and the young lady that answered provided pricing and said they had availability, so I went straight there. Deja, the store manager, greeted me nicely and professionally. The team immediately started working on my car. Deja asked were there any other services I was looking for and I asked if they fixed keys, because Honda wanted to charge me $200. She said unfortunately they didn't, which was no problem. Not too much time passed and Deja assisted me with another vehicle inquiry that I had, and provided costs for parts and labor for 10 TIMES LESS that what Honda was trying to charge me. As we were finishing up, a young man, mechanic by the name of Dez, walked in and handed me my key THAT HE'D FIXED! Deja said, "we wanted to surprise you". I INSTANTLY STARTED CRYING!!! I told them both, they don't know they blessing they were to me after just losing my job. I couldn't thank either of them enough. I called corporate to report their good deeds. And I'd feel it a dishonor to not give them the same credit publicly. Deja and Dez don't know just how much I appreciate them, and all of these words can never express the gratitude I have for them. I hope and pray this review makes a positive difference for both of them and they receive the same blessings they gave to me!

Call this morning about getting an oil change on my 2009 Corvette was worried about it not getting on the lift. But Deja told me to come by And see if they can help me out. I did and they were able to get it on the lift to get an oil change. Perfect. Took under an hour to get done during a busy hour! Huge thanks to Deja and Dez for helping me out. Definitely got a returning customer!

Matt is absolutely amazing. Came in as I had a vibration in my car- he drove with me in my car felt the vibration walked me through everything going on and how and what parts were failing and needing replacement. Highly recommend this shop. Don’t loose that man as he really goes to bat for his customers and cares. I appreciate all the help!!!

Two hours to get a simple flat tire fixed. Then, the valve cap is missing when I get the tire back and was charged for the TPMS service. I guess the 11.99 for that doesn't include returning my valve cap. Wouldnt recommend this place based on service

As I was en route to Walmart today, I heard an unusual sound coming from one of my tires. Luckily, Mavis happened to be conveniently located to my left, so I decided to pull in. My two children were with me, and upon inspection, we discovered a substantial bolt embedded in the tire. Despite it being close to Mavis's closing time, I was apprehensive about continuing to drive. James, who was at the front desk when I entered, promptly offered his assistance. Even though I was frustrated, he remained very calm and polite the whole time. He examined my tire but was uncertain about the necessary repair. He then consulted with another associate, Deja, who confirmed that he could resolve the issue for me. James advised that it was unsafe to drive, so they quickly attended to my vehicle. Within approximately 20 minutes, Deja was pulling my car out for me. The tire was sealed and patched, and we were able to resume our journey. I'm very thankful these guys helped us out because it was getting dark and I didn't know what I was going to do.

I stopped by mavis on a Sunday early to replace a tire on my sisters car that went flat. The Assistant Manager James took great care of me and got me a great deal on a 50k mile new tire. They were fairly busy for a Sunday but the team was still able to get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend this Mavis location. The atmosphere is friendly, it’s right off the highway and they have exceptional subject matter experts on staff.

Honestly the best auto place to get your car serviced. The workers here are knowledgeable, personable and friendly. I had to get my car serviced here multiple times(new tires, oil change, battery and tire rotation). Deja and Matthew are spectacular. They explained to me what I needed to get done to my car without any pressure or hassle. They were honest which is what I appreciated. I know I'll get the best service and high quality service for my car at a reasonable price. This location and the location at George wiles pkwy are the amazing. Highly recommend.

They damaged my newly refinished rim left deep gauge marks all in the back of the rim and scratched the front and lifted some of the powered coat then after damaging the rim I was told by an employee the equipment is outdated for handling certain types of rims although they had been telling management about it so if you have quality rims and don't want to risk damaging them do not go to Mavis I will seeking compensation for my damaged rim

the woman at the front desk was extremely helpful in helping identify what my car needed. I was on the fence about an oil change and she let me know I needed one. she also let me know about the bad weather coming so I decided to buy wiper blades as well. and I will be coming back in soon to get some other repair work that she let me know I needed done after showing me. will definitely recommend to everyone I know

My experience with Mavis has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I want to warn others before they get scammed the way I did. On June 30, 2025, I went to Mavis for help diagnosing a highway vibration. Instead of properly identifying the real cause, they insisted my tie rods were bad and charged me $854.49 to replace them. The problem? The vibration never went away. When I later took my car to a trusted mechanic back in Pennsylvania, I learned that: - The tie rods had been in good condition before Mavis touched them. - Mavis installed them improperly -- one boot was completely missing and the other was sliced in half, creating risk of further damage - Fixing Mavis’s sloppy work alone cost me another $600, on top of the original bill. - The real issue causing the vibration was unrelated to tie rods. I submitted photos, mechanic statements, and repair bills to Mavis. At first, they agreed to refund me and cover half of the $600 I had to pay to my other mechanic. Then, without warning, they reversed course and rejected my credit card dispute, leaving me on the hook for the full amount. To make matters worse, when I spoke with their general manager about this, he was dismissive, condescending, and even raised his voice at me. Instead of taking accountability for the clear negligence and poor workmanship, he acted like this was no big deal -- even going so far as to say, “no harm, no foul”. I cannot express how insulting and unprofessional that is after I’ve lost well over $1,000 because of their mistakes. At the end of the day, Mavis: - Performed unnecessary work, - Did it incorrectly, - Failed to fix my car, - Forced me to pay another shop to undo their damage, - And then refused to honor their own promises of reimbursement. I strongly advise anyone reading this: do NOT trust Mavis with your vehicle. They will upsell you on parts you don’t need, perform shoddy work, and leave you to pay the price.

Two previous mechanics missed the nail in the tire - Mavis thoroughly checks and has great reviews which is difficult to earn for a tire place - right?! Treated all the customers so wonderfully.
