I had a transmission built by this company less than nine months ago and the reverse is gone out. The transmission jump out of park. I definitely will not recommend this place The warranty is a joke it will not be honored stay away from this place you will regret it

My car broke down while working out of town. I called some bigger shops, but they were busy and wouldn't be able to look at it for a few days. I called Franco's, and the owner says "Yeah I'm busy, but bring it in." He also correctly diagnosed my broken axel while on the phone. I bring it to his shop about an hour before it closes, and he calls me at 9 am the next day, saying it's ready to be picked up. Great customer service, and a really fair price. Definitely recommend.

I took my car to get fixed here and they did me wrong i read on the comment and i was like is a nice place but is a different story they putting parts from online i got my motor fixed and they put parts from online when he charged them to me from store and i really trusted them that way it was cheap but he won t answer for warranties he told me it had warranty went there he said no warranty now i got another shop who is fixing me all that with a good price and more honest i just can t believe they lie really bad i search the parts and show from online then the original parts were he told me he got them from orallys.

Franco’s a good guy. I’ve sent friends of mine to him and they’ve all been happy with his work. I had him seal a transmission up for me a couple years ago now and not a drop of fluid loss anywhere, before that I was losing 1/2 a quart a day and no it wasn’t a simple pan gasket fix either.

I’m not to familiar with cars and get very nervous to let just anybody work on my car so when I finally was introduced to Franco‘s transmission, I have not stopped going since he is very nice and quick and he will provide everything you need. All you have to do is drop off your car and keys and he will do everything else for you. That make it super easy for me .. and my car is always done same day .. 10/10 recommend

After calling and visiting so many places this is the right place with the right prices! Such an informative and resourceful shop! They didn’t mind listening answering and explaining some things to me about my situation and helped me understand better too. The atmosphere is very good here too Update edit: not only did it take little to no time to replace my fuel pump, but he was determined to find cheaper and he did! Very resourceful 😄

Francisco did a transmission for my truck. He did a great job, was able to get my transmission done in about 4-5 hrs and was even willing to give me a ride back home. This was my first time ever dealing with a mechanic that was completely honest and answered all of my phone calls & texts. He will be the only one in the future working on my vehicles. Do not take you vehicle here for service. Transmission didn't even lasted for 3 months. I basically threw money in the trash. My reverse went out and they took it back keep the car for 3 months to repair and it was not fixed correctly. Have to end up taking it to a different shop for repair. Skip this place by all means.
