I am writing to express my concern and disappointment with the service experience I recently encountered at your dealership. After bringing in my brand-new vehicle for its very first oil change, the car broke down just 10 miles away with oil leaking everywhere. When I called for assistance, my initial contact was not helpful — I was simply given the number to a tow company quoting $400, with no mention of roadside assistance. On a second call to the service department, the representative I spoke with was dismissive, showed little concern for my situation, and abruptly provided the roadside assistance number before ending the call. This left me stranded on the side of the road for two hours until AAA was able to tow the vehicle back. While I appreciate the efforts of Service Supervisor Issac, who was apologetic and did his best to resolve the issue once I arrived, the lack of professionalism and concern from other staff members was very troubling. Customers should not feel dismissed or unsupported when a service goes wrong — particularly when it results in a brand-new vehicle breaking down and leaving them stranded. I strongly encourage you to review customer service training to ensure that representatives demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a genuine willingness to assist when situations like this arise. I brought my 2021 Kia Telluride to Hendrick Concord Kia for service. After their work, the engine failed due to oil starvation. The dealership initially quoted me $11,000 for engine replacement and delayed the process for weeks. Only after I posted negative reviews, they contacted me and suddenly reduced the price to $5,800, without any new diagnosis. I had no real choice and agreed under pressure. The repair is now completed, but this does not change the fact that the engine failure happened after improper service and misrepresentation regarding oil changes. This experience caused major financial loss and stress. I would strongly caution anyone before trusting this dealership with major repairs.

Worst service I ever experienced A brought up concerns I had with my van and they did not look into it and now when my vehicle goes over 60k miles now they say I have to pay, I tried providing my extended warranty info and they still don’t want to do anything until I pay out of pocket and they didn’t even try to call the warranty department. I serviced my vehicle from when the car was new, I send multiple customers and family members that purchased new vehicles from them and they still treat me like crap I don’t appreciate that and I will tell everyone from now on not to buy anything or service anything with them . I Will never buy or service my cars there ever again . I called the warranty department and they said that the dealership should know diagnostic is covered if it’s in the policy and they were supposed to to call the warranty and find out and not me. They should know the process but apparently they don’t and service Mananger is clueless. They just don’t want to do any warranty work or do research to help their customers out.

Sooo we spent a few hours yesterday here buying a new car. Our sales team was Michael Fernez and James Speakman. These 2 men worked absolutely great with us. Now I know its easy to just leave a quick review for anything, but these two really put in the work to please me. I'm a very indecisive person. They dealt with my constant questions, color changes, complete vehicle change, etc. More importantly, they never once had a attitude, or grew wearly of my questions or changes. Buying a vehicle is a pretty big commitment so making sure you get it right and your happy is important and they made sure I was!
