I spoke with an individual whom told me in order to order the tire they would need payment upfront and i paid upfront he informed me that it would be here around 12 the next day i called them multiple times and they pushed it back to 330 i get there at 330 and they informed me that the tire was never ordered the individual i spoke with initially was not working the next day the two individuals i spoke with the next day were not at fault and were very friendly the guy immediately refunded me the whole amount and apologized. He handled it the best way that he could given the situation that he was put in.

The front of shop employees are absolutely terrible very unorganized and uneducated on common knowledge of the vehicles they are working on. They over promise and under deliver on wait times. Staff is all of the place. By far one of the worst firestones I have been in. Also it is very unprofessional to be a customer in the lobby and hear the staff gossiping about other customers who have came and gone.

I brought my car in for an oil change. My son went missing and an officer was meeting me there to file a missing report. The employee called me over to go over what maintenence work it needs. I interrupted him and said I'm sorry I have to go speak to the officer outside. He then said to me if you keep driving the car with those brakes, you're going to need an officer. How rude is that ?

Would give -5 stars if I could. Made an appointment for a flat tire and waited over an hour for them to see my car. Took over half an hour after they got to it to come and tell me they couldn’t do anything about it to fix it. They didn’t even do anything but look at it and take a picture. Instead they offered me two types of new wheels. Each over 100$ which is crazy. I took my car and went to “Llantas y servicios Jaquez” (here’s the location: 446-A McGill Ave NW, Concord, NC 28027). In half an hour I was in and out and for only 30 bucks. That was 10 days ago and my wheel is working perfectly.

Went in for an oil change for a scheduled appointment at 11 am. Walked to the mall locally for 2 hours with no call then I came back to Firestone to see my car was sitting a they said they haven’t gotten to it yet. I took my keys and got it done somewhere. I was told it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours

Made an appointment for 2:30pm and after an hour my vehicle didn't move. I spoke to lady at front and told her I would be taking my keys and leaving. She tried to explain to me that the other vehicles in the shop were taking longer than expected. I understand that but I feel that information should have been given to me upon my arrival. Don't waste your time there are literally four other places near by.

3 hours for an inspection….. that’s literally all I have to say but there’s so much more. They required me to change my back rear wiper blade even though it has passed inspection the last 3 years that way. No appointment so I understand there will be a wait but 3 hours for something that takes 10 minutes?? Come up with a new system. Also was charged $28 for a wiper blade??? So a total of $58, what a scam.

*After pulling the wheel off myself I noticed one of the bolts holding the caliper to the rotor was not tightened. I'm not talking finger loose. I'm talking 1/4 of the way backed out. I tightened the bolt, recounted the wheel and took it for a test drive. No more klunk noise. Do better Firestone! Lots of issues - where to start... Made an appointment for my brakes to be serviced. When I showed up no big deal. Here are the keys...I looked at the emailed invoice and there were complimentary services I didn't request. So, I politely told them I didn't want those. * It should also be noted the technicians are overwhelmed - I inadvertently overheard a conversation outside the building. A bit later I received a call from Aaron with a quote and confirmation of my concerns. I verbally authorized the repair and the quote (approximately $380). I received another call saying the wrong pads were ordered - again no big deal. Stuff happens, I get it. The next day I called to get an eta and was given a time. I was there. Car wasn't ready - delays happen again not a big deal. So, I sat playing on my phone till I looked up, my car is in the parking lot. I went to a desk to ask. My invoice and keys were sitting there for who knows how long. Zack went over the charges and I stopped him because the total was way above my quote over the phone. He asked me what I was told and I replied. His response was. "There's no way" then applied a coupon. My total ended up being $10 more than the quote over the phone. My issue was the condescending attitude over $10. I paid, got my keys and left. Only to notice a loud klunk in my right front wheel area that wasn't there before. I won't be back...

Insane and unbelievable- joke of a place. Go in for a diagnostic, confirm in person that they will check brakes and other areas of concern. I call back once they have a diagnostic to confirm they checked the brakes, they said yes. I go in to pick up my car and ask details about the brakes- and they say they NEVER checked. So someone just bullshitted me twice. Wasted a full day of my time. You could not pay me to let them touch my car again. Not to mention their main diagnostic was wrong.

The Firestone in concord is hands down the best location I have been to. Larson the representative at the front is amazing and his customer service is some of the best I have seen. I have been to the Winston locations and the Greensboro/ high point locations. And I would drive 2 hours just to come here and not deal with what I have been through in the past. The concord location has the best customer service and also are very time efficient.
