I was referred to Golden Gate by Albany Subaru for a minor bumper problem (left rear section had gotten bumped ever so lightly and popped a couple of the pushpins out). Alexis came out, took a look, asked one of the crew to take a look. In the meantime, she grabbed a rag, put on some magic potion and proceeded to buff out the scratch while her crew popped a couple of new pins in. And that was that, no charge, no fuss. Amazing service. You can tell the quality of a company by the little things, and clearly they understand how to run a business. I hope I never need it, but if I do ever need body work, I know where I will be taking my business!

Harry and the folks at Golden Gate Collision are the real deal. After my bumper was damaged in an accident, I came to Golden Gate on a recommendation from Germany's Best. The team went above and beyond to make sure my bumper looked just as good as new, but also that the rest of the vehicle was taken care of as well. During the repair they identified an oil leak that I had not noticed and we got it taken care of quickly. If you care about your car and want the job done right this is the place to go.

When the insurance company sent our car to their body shop, they decided to test to fix a totaled car for cheap and lowballed the estimate. We wanted a second opinion. Golden Gate Collision was very professional and accommodating when we had to transfer a vehicle from the other body shop which tried to undercut the damages to our vehicle. Paul was fantastic and lightning fast in putting together an estimate that more accurately depicted the damages to the vehicle. He he was always ready willing and able to provide updates. Paul and his team accomplished in 2 days what took the other body shop took weeks to even get in motion. Thank you Golden Gate Collision and thank you Paul.

If Harry takes your insurance claim, consider yourself lucky. The work itself was handled professionally and done perfectly. Personally, I do not write reviews at all, but his business went above and beyond. Beyond the claim work, he managed to: 1) Polish many scratches all around my car. 2) Replace windshield wiper tubing. 3) Adjust my fender liners since I drive a lowered car. 4) Fix a paint chip on my hood. 5) Save me some money on my claim. 6) Reattach my falling front bumper. I know it sounds too good to be true, but I promise you, give him a call and you will not regret it. By the way, he was able to work with an aftermarket air suspension.

Harry and his crew are amazing. This is the second time I’ve been to them. Once a rock randomly hit my side view mirror on the highway and broke the casing. They replaced it and painted it and it matched perfectly! I was paying out-of-pocket at the time and the pricing was reasonable. They were so helpful. The second time was with my sedan. It was damaged on both sides, big dents and streaks and part of the front left fender was damaged. They fixed it all and got my car looking good again! Thanks so much guys!
