I just needed a piece of tape one inch by one to prevent blower from peeling off roof mounding on a new Tacoma. The manager came out and was rude stating we can’t give you tape all the time and completely overreacted so I’m canceling my pass. Usually it’s good service. Westfield Ma. Maple street location. He stated I would make a bogus complaint and tried to make the call on his phone stating I don’t want you to lie. A little piece of duck tape😉

Would be nice for this red haired employee to put his phone down and spray my vehicle off before going into the car wash like he's supposed to do. Kid can't even look up from his phone but I garuntee he complains about not making enough money. Pathetic

Car came out dirtier than when it went in. They must use recycled water because this stuff left streaks everywhere. The pre soak guys didn’t spray off the bird poop either. Would rate 0 stars, complete waste of $25, never again.

I have not washed my car in at least 12 years it has as of today 343902 miles on it a honda 2002 crv awesome car. I went to Golden Nozzle because I had to meet my new boss had the car washed and it was awesome. The wheels looked like new. I promise to wash my car once a month now. Best $10.00 I spent in a long time

The gentleman running the car wash this morning was very helpful. I did not realize I could keep the same sticker even though I changed cards. He did a great job at informing me. Gave my car all the extra care and attention it needed because it had been a while. 5 stars great job.

Mediocre experience at the Westfield location, S. Maple St. The person working, young guy, didn't spray the windows or rear of the car before my car went through. No smile, no welcome, both bearable with good service, but not great service on that day.

I go here all the time and live the service from Matt and younger tall guy Dylan.Tgwy are the reason we only go to the Westfield one I am an older disabled man so when ppl take the time to talk to me and help me out like Dylan & Matt I really appreciate it and I make sure to tell all my friends to go see those 2 guys.My only bad things I can say is that the guy I had one time in earlier day older Irish guy was very rude and just wanted to push me through.he really made me feel like he wanted to get rid of me and do the cars fast and half ass the job.Byt real good over all experience and I will stick to when the other 2 guys are there Dylan does such a great job with my whole car too I like that kid a lot.

Ive been to the one in Wakefield, MA TWICE- I paid for the wash with the undercarriage wash- BOTH times, the underside of my truck was bone dry. I tried to contact them via the website and got no response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS CARWASH

Yesterday, I went for the $10 car wash. The machine repeatedly rejected my bill, so I inserted a $20, which was accepted. I expected $10 in change but received $3. I pulled over to speak to the one employee there. He said that I had chosen the more expensive option, which was not true. I tried to make him understand why I was due $10, but he wouldn't listen. I took the car through the wash, and I swear he practically shot me through. The car wasn't clean. I know that I could have gotten it washed again, but I was done dealing with the employee. My advise? Stay away from Westfield's Golden Nozzle Car Wash. There is nothing golden about it.

If you wash your car at least two times a month like I do, than you should definitely get a wash pass stop by the locations near your home and ask for the deals they have of the month!

The workers are super cool and some even bring treats for my dog when I take him with me lol. 100% goes to the workers for sure. Also the car washing aspect, worth it. Only $20 a month for a membership and infinite washes. Definitely a proper investment

Once again drove from Southwick to your Westfield location this morning. Only to find it down again for maintenance issues. This seems to be an ongoing problem with your Westfield location. At this point, I’m about ready to switch over to the newer place in Feeding Hills Soapy Noble. Hopefully being a newer location it won’t be down constantly due to maintenance issues or not opening up on time. Ok I called the number you posted in your response, and just got a auto voice mail??

At least once a week closed due to problems, every time it snows its closed. Next day after snow its closed, sometimes its even closed 2 days after snow. So none other sunoco car wash has this problem and I think the reason is this car wash is so much more outdated compared to others. Its easy to milk 20 to 40 dollars froms customers every month but when it comes providing a service they fail. The guys work here are great and friendly and this has nothing to do with them. The reason I am so annoyed is this is happening over a year nothing has changed yet. I need car wash 20 times a month because of my job and I cant get it done half the time.
