I love how easy it is to vacuum and clean out trash from my car, and then go thru the carwash and come out with a very clean car. I never have to go thru more than once to get the car clean.

Very disappointed got the most expensive wash which is $25 and went thru and there was still dirt on it so the guy let me go thru again and then there wasn’t even soap, complete waste of time all they care about is money, i have pictures of my truck to show that the dirt is still all there DONT recommend to anyone i will be getting a hold of the manager

The past 3 times I went they were closed. Glad I bought the monthly unlimited pass. Went at 5pm closed, 2:30 pm closed, the kid was waving us out. Tonight on my way home from work, closed at 5:15. Went to Northampton where the guy looked like he wanted to murder me for pulling in.

Very upset to have my windshield cracked at the easthampton location. After chasing a phone number for about a week and finally hearing back from the manager, was told that they would not be repairing due to no other car having the same issue that day. Have had the wash pass for a while and am upset that this company will not take care of the issue.

Cheap, but not the place for perfectionists Cheap car washes and free vacuums, and if you’ve got something that’s already got scratches and dings, it’s a quick way to get the salt off your car in the winter. It was not kind to the finish of my newer car, but any blemishes will probably buff out. I won’t go back there, but a solid option for the right person.

Friendly and efficient. They could really use a slightly better drying process … hand drying would be the best at the end. Given that caveat, it’s a decent wash if slightly over priced but worth the convenience and speed. Just got the monthly package with under carriage cleaning to prevent salt erosion up here in western Mass.

I paid for the best car wash which is 23 dollars to be exact, and when the wash was over I pulled out to pull over and look at my car and the front end was still dirty so turned around and went thru to tell the attendant the front was still dirty so he sprayed the front end and sent me thru the wash again after I had to fill out a complaint ticket. Never told me I was being charged for another wash , he charged me 19 dollars what a rip off. Next time I am in the area I'm going to speak with a manager because I feel as if I was robbed.

Wife went in for car wash on are new car was 2 days old. It broke the glass on driver mirror. And so called manager says he refusing claim says never happens there. We will be contacting are ins and they will file the claim and also if need be take him to small claims court. Rude man would give 0 stars but its only option give us v v. Update i would like to thank the district manager for taking are problem. Seriously unlike the managed of the var wash he is a great person. To have in company. Personaly solved are problems fast car will be fixed next week. Again thank you sir

Nice place to get your car washed. Free, easy to accesses vacuums for the interior. Note: there is a five minute limit on the vacuum station if all the spots are being used. Everyone ignores this limit. The prices are great if you buy a monthly pass, or buy a wash as an add on to a gas purchase.

This wash is not touchless, so don't bother with your Lamborghini. But seriously... The wash does a good job. As a matter of fact, I've paid twice as much for a wash half as good. The attendant is great and the free vacuums are a bonus. The pass is worth the $20, especially washing off the New England winter road salt.

I have a monthly auto payment set up with this golden nozzle and have been coming to this location for years with the same F150 Harley Davidson edition truck. One day I happen to take it and the left running board literally gets torn off my truck! I was in the truck when I heard this and the whole truck shook. The whole car wash system stopped. I couldn't believe this. My original running board was stuck under the panels of the car wash. This has never happened to me before. The manager was there at the time and I helped her pull out the board and put it into my truck. I filled out a claim and 2 weeks later I follow up and they say it wasn't there fault and any they are protected against any liability claims on vehicle damage when customers use their services. So I ended up paying out of pocket for a new cheap pair of running boards that I could find. I'm never going back to this place again or any of their locations. It's not worth it.

You know how when you drive up to vacuum your car you get everything out and the vacuum doesn’t work! Especially on a 85° day. I know my bad for doing it in the heat but anyway I wanted to do a shout out for Roland at the Easthampton golden nozzle car wash, I’ll tell you what he was right there to help unclog three vacuums. And he was running around like a banshee cleaning trash, whoever hired him good job. He definitely made my day. I will pay it forward thank you Roland.

Gets the job done. I come here for the vacuums, but not all of them have the same level of suction—including at least one that’s suction power is so weak it can’t bring grains of sand off a floor mat. So if the location is busy and you get stuck with one of the less powerful vacs, you’re SOL.
