You can never get rid of them once you open a plan! I called them last Nov. to cancel my plan and they lied that the only way to cancel is to visit store. I visited store this May and they said they cancelled for me. My credit card still has been charged every month!

The one in lincoln st way better on actually cleaning your car, the staff are nice and helpful, but the machines dont clean the car good, there is little soap and the dryers barely dry the car

I was a member of another well know name car wash name and I pay about 40% less for the same service now at G.N.. I also think Golden Nozzle has more convenient locations, at least for me.

It's a car wash. The machines do the job. Good job too. The guys that work there are not unfriendly but they like many of us, are not happy with their job but it pays the bills.

Just drove 20 minors outa my way to come here for the "free vacuums" they advertise on the actual golden nozel website. Not only do they not hand free vacuums, they have noooo vacuums! Why tffff would they have noo vacuums, and advertise freeee vacuums. Just wasted my time and. Gas this is crazy

I have been a member with them for over a year now and had a bad experience yesterday. The attendant that closed Sunday, told me he wouldn’t wash my car due me arriving 8:05pm and they closed at 8pm. I accepted it, but what upsets me is that the two other vehicles that was behind me waiting was allowed to wash their car.

**** star for being convenient *** stars for winter washing. Attendant rush cars in without waiting for the wash system to register the next vehicle in line. Cars end up with less soap and water. Had to go back a second time and wash again and tell them hell no I'm not going bumper to bumper.

I have been a client at this car wash for over a year. Today I had a very bad experience with one of the workers who said was a manager here. He was very rude and talking to be disrespectfully who seems like he doesn’t want to be there. Instead of apologizing for his rudeness, he told me go to another car wash, there is many around he said. This car wash is a circus who is ran by the biggest clown. I will never come here again and i will never recommend this place to anyone I know.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! By far the worst customer service ever. Assistant manager rudely called my mother who was a loyal member a scammer for asking about a promotion. This whole company is unorganized and potentially a scam as they charged us double for each service and told us that they “don’t do refunds”. I do not care if this is a convenient stop for your regular wash, literally go anywhere else but these people.

The employee that was washing my car on 9/27/23 at 11:40 on Grove St was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I asked to talk to the manager, he didn't want me to connect me to anyone. You guys needs to spend more time training your employee how to talk to people. I decided to take my business somewhere else.

2 stars because it is cheap that’s about it. Their washes leave the car dirty because they don’t clean the equipment. My mirrors were always folded in at the end and the front license plate always got all jacked up. plus whatever they are using leaves a greasy film on the car. recently I had gotten a replacement credit card that wasn’t on file and I didn’t have it with me and the man that works there (I don’t know his name but he needs dental work) treated me like an idiot criminal and put on this whole ordeal in front of a line of customers. shut down the wash and told me to come back with my new card. This is the dollar tree of car washes. Probably does more damage than good.

I have been going thru wash tunnels for a long time an this one is pretty good. My one problem is on August 20th I pulled in to get a wash and as normal they miss pre-treating the passenger side. I get less than 2 mins away to my office and realize a serious scratch on my passenger door. I then report it immediately and receive a call from John the district manager. He was in pure denial from the start. I then deal with Hector the manager of the car wash and file a claim. He calls me today 8/29 to tell me their cameras show no scratch upon entering the wash. And not 4 minutes after leaving I have a massive scratch on my door and they now deny it. There response was should have come back sooner even tho it was reported right away. If this is how you handle bad situations your business will not last. I really do hope we can get a reasonable resolution because this will be something I tell everyone about and have already told 4 friends that have the service who have since cancelled which I will be doing the same depending on resolution.

I purchased the $17 car wash from this location. The staff was very friendly, but the wash itself left much to be desired. I've used cheaper automated car washes had much better results. It cleaned a large portion of my vehicle, but left a significant amount of dirt on each panel. The tailgate didn't seem like it had been cleaned at all. I get that it's not a one size fits all and results may vary depending on the vehicle, but if you have a small truck, consider other options for your money.

I am not one to post reviews but this was one of the worst experiences I have had in awhile. The attendant was rude and almost sprayed inside my car before I got my window up. I come home to see that my car looks terrible and has basically not been cleaned. The dirt is now under wax which is great… If you are looking for a place to wash your car, go to Ernies down the road. I’ve never been but the prices are the same and they have better reviews.

Short car wash, terrible entrance, you have to go thru Dunkin Doughnuts drive thru lane to get to the entrance so don't miss it or you have to drive all the way around again 😉, old equipment needs an upgrade like 90% percent of thier locations, there new locations are great but there are not to many of those
