Drove my car here with with break issues and they had the car for 3 days. I had to tow my car to another spot. When I came to pick it up there was 3 cracks on my windshield. My car was never fixed. They also wanted to charge me $400 for a break master line. 😂 I will never recommend this place to get your car fixed.

Had an oil change and the place took forever. Leaking oil on driveway. Halfwits didn’t have sense to tighten oil filter correctly. Luckily I am handy with cars and noticed it quickly. Wouldn’t use them to wash my dog. Probably high on the job if I had to guess.

Showed up at 9:00 a.m. they took my truck in the shop to do the brakes. Took over 2 hours. While I was there the chief from the fire station came and said he's shutting the place down for not having a license. After the chief of the fire station left they finished and he told me to tell my mechanic to push in the hardware on my brake pads so it doesn't make a noise anymore. You guys really need to focus on management if you want this business to be successful and train your employees that is why I only give this business 2 stars

I brought my car in for a replacement oil pan and brake change. The brakes were done fine however, they ordered the wrong oil pan and returned it, but never refunded me for the return as they got it wrong, then they claimed that they could fix my oil pan as is, charged me for that repair and the LEAK WAS WORSE! I had to wait a week and a half and order my own oil pan in which i still paid full price for, they did not refund me for the oil pan they returned and caused me to spend extra money to tow my car to their shop in order to complete. When they finally put in the new oil pan they charged me another $190 for the part and labor. They were unorganized, unprofessional and expensive! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP AGAIN. I would rather pay full price at dealership then to deal with this shop. They have 5 techs working on one car at times and still have difficulty successfully completing their orders. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND MONEY

So I was quite disappointed with this place I went about a month ago to get my power steering pump fixed charge me $650 because I was desperate and had no time to look for another place. I did it then three weeks later I hear a noise that’s coming from my front driver side tire so because he’s conveniently close to my home and I was unable to drive the car anywhere else I decided to go there again I explained to him specifically where the noise was coming from and I left the van there. He called me an hour later to tell me that it was the motor mounts that were messed up and that needed to be replace so he charged me $300 told me he needed the money upfront so I dropped off the $$. the van was dropped off at 10 AM, 4:30 PM comes around and I still don’t hear from him so I decided to call to see what was the problem. He told me he fixed the motor mounts but the problem was still there, he told me to bring it the next day for additional repairs. After charging me $300 for a repair that had nothing to do with the reason I brought in the van to begin with. He told me to bring in the following day meaning I would have to pay even more money, because the initial problem was still there. The motor mounts on that vehicle have been messed up for the longest and the vehicle still driving fine so after I go and pick up the van at around 5:00 PM he tells me that I would have to bring it the next day and he would have to dismantle the whole area where the battery is in order to find the noise. My question is shouldn’t that been what he had done from the beginning since I told him where the noise was coming from!!??instead of assuming that it was the motor mounts so because of this, I gave them a one star if I could give them zero stars I would I don’t think it was right what he did. my vehicle still has the same exact noise it had before I drop the van off, so the initial problem was never even looked at. I will never go there again..

I had made a dumb mistake working on my car, aaa never came on a cold day to tow, Savi stayed late and towed me himself and practically saved me from super expensive repair expenses. Fair pricing for service and they didn’t belittle me and were super supportive. Comfy little repair shop. Good people.

It’s the worest place in Worcester to repair your car I just went for the changing of position sensors and they order parts and they forgot to put 2 sensors and again I went to the garage with the forgot sensor and they charge me again and they are saying that you brought two sensors and you have to pay for that just for that I spent 400$ for nothing still my check engine light was on it’s very bad and don’t go for your safety

DO NOT COME HERE, I BEG. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. INCOMPETENT INHUMANE PEOPLE WORKING THERE. I WOULDN’T EVEN LET THESE PEOPLE PUT AIR IN MY TIRES IF I NEEDED IT. I HAD ALL FOUR BRAKES AND ROTORS CHANGED AND THE BACK BRAKES SOUND LIKE THEY’RE CRUNCHING TOGETHER. THEY SAID ITS BECAUSE THE QUALITY OF MY BRAKES AND ROTORS ARE BAD. I BRING MY CAR TO A DIFFERENT MECHANIC AND THEY ARE APPALLED AT THEIR WORK. ONE OF THE BACK BRAKES ARE PUT ON INCORRECTLY AND SCRAPING AGAINST METAL. THE FRONT BRAKES WEREN’T EVEN CHANGED. SCAMMERS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Did not work on the back of my car at all not needed. somehow i come to pick up my car and the back plate is gone. missing no one knows where it is… idk they fixed my totaled car tho it wasn’t bad it would’ve caught on fire but i still hear a sound even tho they replaces the radiator. Just unbelievable to pick it up then can’t even drive. good people tho. cheaper than getting a new car right away.
