As a single lady stranded on the side of a busy Worcester street, these gentlemen got to me almost immediately. So kind, but more importantly, made me feel safe. Unbelievably predatory behavior. Parking ban was declared after 6 PM when the snow covered the ticket and Worcester 311 was down. These folks pick up cars all night after the holidays and then close at NOON the next day. And then are closed for the weekend! Perfect scheme to charge you an exorbitant "storage" fee each day they're closed. I call them on the phone to ask them if they can wait a few minutes for me to get there- mind you, I found out I was towed 11:30 since that's when I left for work- and the lady on the other end gives me attitude and says she's "been here since midnight." Girl, you stole my car! Oh- and despite being open 24 hours for taking cars, they aren't open 24 hours for you to get your car back from them. Some of us have real jobs instead of leeching off poor people with recurring fees. So, I had to leave my real job to go get attitude from the lady at the desk, and clear the snow off my car in sneakers, while spending all my Christmas money. Awful, awful people.

During morning traffic my car decided it had enough and my transmission blew in the front of the turn only lane… Thankfully I have AAA, but even with that, they said it would be over an hour wait. After multiple people screaming and honking, I called AAA again and they said they would put me on priority.. Here’s where Early’s Towing comes in! Thankfully they took the rush call and their driver BRYAN called me to reassure me that he was on his way and he was there in less than 10 minutes. From the moment Bryan arrived he was kind, quick, efficient and mindful of the traffic situation. As he towed me to where I had to go, he helped me stay looking to the bright side and made sure I was safe. It was a pleasant experience during an unpleasant time.
