My experience with eagle auto was great the owner doesn’t speak much English but he tried like hell I mostly spoke with Ronaldo he was very pleasant and awesome to work with unlike most mechanics he was responsive and helped me out with everything I needed they did a great job fixing up my truck and they did it such a professional way greatful to of had the pleasure to work with them both.

My car has been sent there from MassMotors, now known as Greendale Auto. They've had it a week and can't seem to fix an otherwise easy fix of timing belt. So NOW I have to have the motor replaced by these folks. Neither business is worth a damn. NEVER go to either place. 🤬

I went in because my normal shop had a guy call in sick and couldn't work on my car right away. Sobi went to eagle since it was close. My guy said he could just cut and weld the spot that was damaged and quoted me 100 bucks . this joker is telling me by looking at my car for 10 seconds outside on his knees that the cat is no good and the total job is going to be over 600 in parts alone. Nice try..

My husband had bought a used 2004 Nissan Quest van from you guys for 3000. To me it looked like a good condition but the car would have a hard time starting. we've had the car for 6 months and then it just died on us. That car should of lasted us way longer than that for 3000. People did an intake of the car saying that it had been in an accident and had had 6 PREVIOUS OWNERS. They sold us a van for 3000 dollars that had died out because it wasn't taken care of properly especially for that price. Very upset and no one ever answers the phone at that place. Will never buy there again and wouldn't recommend. they only care about money. Nothing else. I really dont understand how you even get a passing inspection sticker , probably from a place that shouldnt be in business either.

I had a crazy situation where my brakes failed on the way to work at 5:30 pm on a Friday. Incredibly, they stayed late, until 8:30, to finish the job. He could have been frustrated about it but instead was kind and professional about the whole thing, cheering me up and giving me updates about the work. I was able to get to work the next day thanks to them. Really felt like he went above and beyond!
