They should get their state inspection license revoked Fraudulent going to City Hall so they can Expel this dirty place lying to customers just to make some extra cash on the side ,off the books to get inspection stickers pass making up laws when they think that people are not competent enough to do their own research I had a friend go over there with a perfect vehicle, and they stated because One of His wheel bearings was faulty, which was false due to the fact that he had just brought the vehicle into the dealership to get those exact parts replaced all in all with $85. You can get yourself an inspection sticker.

Sincere, reasonably priced, and high-quality work. My vehicle had a damage in the bumper when I initially visited the shop for an inspection, and they informed me beforehand that they would not be able to pass the test because of it. They made it possible for me to install a pre-painted bumper that I had purchased online and couldn't have done at a body shop for a fair price. They also suggested doing the dent repair for less money, but I thought getting a brand-new, fresh part was worth it.

Dont come here!! My boyfriend brought in his car for a misfiring cylinder and was quoted $150 to fix it. He goes to pick up the car and is told itll be another $400, and realizes on the drive home that they broke another part in the car trying to fix other things he didnt ask them to touch. they broke it and won’t admit to it, the moment I knew for sure was when I overheard the mechanic talking to the owner “it’s a brand new part so no charge since it’s new and should be under warranty” then the owner tells me there is a charge I asked why and he said for the time, then I brought it up that I heard and then he “looks” at his notes and says it’s because there’s a charge to use the machine, which is true but they shouldn’t have used it in the first place. The nail in the coffin was “yea there’s a leak but it’s brand new so take it back and use the warranty, there has to be a warranty since it’s new, but we can replace it with better parts for $450” $ 150 for the parts and $300 for the labor…. Because it’s such a hard part to replace and takes over 5 hours…. But he said he’d give a discount so it’s only be $300. And I know it’s because they’re the ones that broke it Why is it a problem now after you fixed the original problem and was never brought to our attention. when this shop checked checked the first time AND when autozone checked. Out hundreds of dollars for the car to be broken and unable to pass inspection (what we brought it in for)

STAY AWAY!!!! NOT EVEN 1 STAR DESERVED, HAD TO ADD TO BE ABLE TO POST. LOL Been going to Shop for many years sparingly and now took my car for a coil change as car was misfiring and I bought coil myself. They tell me they change coil, charge me for it and then when I get there my new coil is sitting in my car. He then changed in front of me pulling out my own coil that supposedly had been changed and tells me the timing belt went on it and it will be $1,235 for job. I then take my car for a diagnostic test at Honda dealer and its #3 coil misfiring which I already paid Mike for. I have Honda shop (Auburn) do job and next morning drive to Mike's shop and mike gives me my original piece back and $60 cash with an offer of free services. I don't even want free services from a dishonest company that will rip you off. I will never go there again. On top of that the place reeks liquor. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I needed screws to put on a license plate and they kindly gave them to me for free. In addition to this, I called the next day inquiring about windshield wipers and instead of forcing my business, they suggested other stores that they believed could service my car better. Super nice people, will look forward to utilizing their services whenever I can.

Context: Female WPI student. I needed an oil change and decided to go to a local business. There were a few issues with the scheduling, but that wasn’t a big deal to me. This morning I dropped my car off for an oil change, expecting to be charged for just an oil change (~55$), yet when informed my car was ready I was told it would be 80 dollars because they “topped off my fluids”. I never authorized or even asked for that service to be done. I went and payed but will not return. Businesses should not perform and charge you for services you never authorized. I feel that this business took advantage of me because I am a young woman. For that reason I do not recommend this business.

This place is a 10/10 do not recommend this man that answered the phone accused me multiple times 😑 of leaving a 3 star review when u til I called I didn't even know the name of this place!!!! I could barley get a word inor ask any questions I had and then he proceeded to hang up on me. This place lack professionalism,communication skills and clearly lacks keeping their emotions under control. Absolutely disgusting the way I was treated an spoken too. If you can't handle bad reviews then don't run a dam business bad reviews come with the territory it doesn't give you the right to act like an egotistical pompous jackass to your customers I promise you if I could give zero stars I would 😉 grow up and do better

Highly recommend them... Mike and Khaled took care of my car and fixed the issue in a very timely and professional manner. Their prices are very reasonable as well. My car was diagnosed with a bad engine starter by another mechanic so I wanted a second opinion and got it checked up here. The problem was not the starter, it turned out that it was a loose connection in the battery terminal If you're looking for an honest and professional service, I highly recommend using them.

The tire on my Mercedes was about to fall off- I was holding all but 1 of the lug nuts in my hand when I entered this shop at 7:45am. (I had just gotten my brakes replaced at another shop the day before.) Very kind man showed care for me & had mechanics take care of it within an hour and I confidently drove away. They even replaced one of the lugs that had fallen off on my way there. Thank you for being so kind.

I came here for an oil change in January/Feburary, and for some odd reason my car began to ask for one again in late March which i thought was odd because usually my car only needs it every 6 months (I don’t drive a-lot) So I check the hood, my oil level is good; safe. I start hearing noises under the hood which i know can be of needing an oil change so I come back to this place, they supposedly changed it right (April now). Then in May, I’m still hearing the noise so I go to the dealership just for them to tell me the oil is dirty, low and hasn’t been changed which to my surprise i’m like What?? just to find out that there is metal debris in my oil- and if anyone doesn’t know: that’s not good !!

Horrible, dishonest people and terrible work. My college student daughter side swiped a pole when she slid on ice in a parking lot. She went here in desperation to see if they could help fix the damage. They said sure, so she naively left the car. She came back to find that they banged out the dents and then used satin black spray paint from a can to paint over it (see photos). When she asked about that, they shrugged and said "we didn't have a matching color." They then proceeded to take $80 from her. What awful people they are to take advantage of my daughter. They should be ashamed, but I doubt that they are. I'm filing a BBB report on them.

STAY AWAY!!!! I spoke to multiple people there about getting my aftermarket muffler replaced with a stock one. I gave them a muffler for them to bolt on and asked for a quote. I was quoted $95 ($20 more than i was quoted at Phil's Auto Repair on Chandler St) and they were about to do it until i told him i was just shopping quotes. Life gets in the way, and a month later i come back to them (because Phil was on vacation) and they say they remember me and tell me to drop it off. A few days later i drop it off for that and and an oil change that happened to be due at the same time, and when i'm come back to pick up the car, the muffler is still there. They claimed when i told them "to do the muffler" (after being told they remembered me) they didn't see the muffler in the back seat and thought i meant to have a nonexistent exhaust leak fixed. They told me there was no leak but "fixed" it anyway by covering the muffler (which i wanted them to remove and replace) in a sealant and charging me $200 for the whole ordeal. When i pointed out that they didn't do what i asked, they blamed me for not being clear to them. In their attempt to make thimgs right, they offered to bolt on the muffler, so long as i paid them an extra $100 of course. No thanks, i'll go to a different shop who quoted me less!

These people are seriously dishonest. I strongly recommend that you avoid using their services. First of all, no one usually charges for an initial inspection or evaluation, but they did without informing me clearly beforehand. They were also very unprofessional and seemed inexperienced. Not only did they fail to fix the problem, but they charged me $400 for replacing the wrong parts. This felt like a complete scam. On top of that, their behavior was unstable and disrespectful. Use their services at your own risk. Honestly stay away from here!

On my way to NYC from Methuen, MA, my Power Steering Hose and Serpentine were both damaged, I had to park by a Hotel in Worcester, MA. I stayed the night at the Hotel and the next day I walked to this auto repair shop, I took my car to them. They ordered my Power Steering Hose and worked on my Ford the next day, they successfully fixed both the Hose and the Serpentine belt. I appreciate them working on it, they did a great job, it was quite pricey however they did get the job done, and I appreciate them for it. I would recommend them.
