I dropped my car off this morning and Carlton helped in getting me an estimate. It was a fair estimate for the amount of work done and he even budged a little bit to help me out. Which was a really nice thing to do. He also personally drove me home instead of having me pay for an Uber which was across Worcester. My car is going to be finished this Saturday or Monday. But with the professionalism and kindness that was displayed to me I will always bring my car back here to get any auto body work done.

I brought my vehicle into E&C after multiple fender benders that required significant repair work. We were balancing 3 different claims across 2 insurance policies, on top of a complicated rental situation, but Carlton and his team handled the entire thing beautifully. They were professional, competent, and went the extra mile to make things easier for me at every turn, even when it came to things like the rental that were not technically their responsibility. Everyone I encountered at E&C was incredibly pleasant to work with from Carlton on down. And, they did great work! The last time I took my vehicle to my dealership's shop, it was gone for 2 months; E&C got it back to me in 3 weeks, looking like new and beautifully detailed even down to the headlights. I'm so glad I went to E&C and I highly recommend them. I can't imagine bringing my vehicle for work anywhere else!

Went here to get my car’s bodywork fixed and partially repainted after some dents and scratches were put in the door and the bumper was broken. The work was high quality, done exactly when they said it would be, and beat the other guys on price! I’m very happy with their services.
