Went in for an inspection on a Saturday where they discovered i needed front end work, car was put “out of service” …had my car fixed and ready to drive by the next morning!! They changed my brakes but screwed up Lug Nut. When AAA came over to replace the flat tire they couldn’t take it off due to bad lug nut, then I had to tow back to Mike’s they said it’s fixed Next day. I went to get new tires they couldn’t talk off the tire due to bad lug nut, I had to go back to Mikes, Sami wasn’t there and owner was very rude and said there is no one in shop who can fix it, the owner was so rude and bad he tried to tell me it’s all my issue that I had it’s taking three days to fix this issue. He said if there tire fell off it means I don’t know how to drive shop is not responsible. I will never go back to this place, because lug nut is safety issue and this place can’t even own there mess up and have me come back for three days and still didn’t get it fixed. Worst experience I have ever had. Never ever going back.

I am so happy I went here to get my car fixed! I was helped by Sam who was super kind and efficient! I was in a bit of an emergency situation and my break calipers had seized and my car was smoking. They fit me in right away and fixed my car in under 30 minutes at a very reasonable price. Great service and great efficiency!

These people are crooks. I came here for an oil change a few months ago, thought everything was good until a few weeks later I started having major issues with the engine, engine knocks and leaking oil non stop. When I took it to the dealer to look at it they said there's no way I got an oil change or that it was done extremely incorrectly because I'd need a whole new engine. In order to honor the warranty they needed me to provide a receipt of the oil change, but when I went back to ask them if they could print one out for me (figured it shouldn't be hard since I paid by card, even provided the exact date of service that I found on my bank statement) they told me they don't keep any records of transactions and the guy specifically said "if it's for a warranty issue I can't help you" super sketchy. Ended up having to pay $7000 for a new engine on my two year old car. Since then when talking to other shops and the dealership I've been told other people have gotten screwed over by these people and have horror stories similar to mine, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I called 20 minutes prior to closing to confirm their hours of operations as it can sometimes be inaccurate on Google based off of when and if the owner(s) have ever approved of it. It was a Friday and yes, they were closing at 6:30pm. Life has been chaotic and I wasn’t aware my state inspection sticker was expired until I received a parking ticket for it. I asked if they were still doing inspections that day and they said if I can make it before 6:30pm. I didn’t confirm or promise (as I wasn’t sure), and rushed over immediately as I was desperate to get this (and the anxiety of it all) taken care of asap. The brief glances and interactions I had with each one of the employees there were all very friendly and welcoming. The man behind the counter, balancing the register, whom I assumed to be the owner, was also very polite and professional on the phone with his clients. I thought to myself, if my car wasn’t covered by warranty, I surely would give them my business. They took me in immediately and got my car inspected in no time — and accepted credit cards! I shouldn’t be surprised by this, but always grateful for when things go smoothly. A+ from this girl!

I have never written a review before, but I thought this place really deserves a great review, so here I go! I showed up this afternoon, was greeted with a “how can I help” right away. I said I needed full back and front brakes. They quoted a very fair price, below what I had just been quoted at a other mechanics place, and on top of that -took my car right away and I was out of there in less than 2 hours! Super friendly, smart, very quick, and overall a great experience at an automotive repair place. Very efficient, and I like that everyone that you engage with there, smiles and converses with you in a friendly manner.

State inspection sticker done under 15 mins. . There was three or four vehicles performing. Everything was done very quickly. I saw white van before me getting the R sticker…. I was next, heart beat skipped a beat. . Not much talking, they will check everything put the sticker. You give them the $35 and end of that. . They work even Sunday. How convenient 👍👍👍👍

They say they are open Sundays. I called today on a Sunday, the phone rang and rang, so I hung up and called back in 10 minutes to realize the very professionally took the phone off the hook. Now when I call, I receive a fast busy signal and get hung up. PLEASE LIST YOUR ACCURATE HOURS. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A FOREMAN TO SUPERVISE THE KIDS WORKING, YOU NEED TO BE CLOSED BECAUSE THIS IS HOW KIDS RUN YOUR BUSINESS AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR OVERHEAD. DECEPTIVE BUSINESS HOURS LISTED.

I would not recommend anyone go to this Service station as the Business hours are far from accurate. It says the inspection center is open from 7 to 7. You may show up and it will not be open. This place does not know how to have a professional/honest environment for their customers.

Inspection was fine. The real issue is they just make up their own hours here. The sign clearly posted on the building that says Monday-Saturday: 7am-7pm Sunday: 8am-5pm is a lie, and if it only applies to certain services it needs to be specified. Showed up on Saturday at 5:00 and was told they were closed. Went in the next day (Sunday) and heard him tell another customer they close at 2. To add insult to injury, I decided to up bright and early at 8:05 and they didn't even open until 8:15. Genuine question, How do you expect to get customers when you just make up your own hours and have inaccurate hours of operation posted ON YOUR BUSINESS. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Google being inaccurate is one thing but how about we show some consistency. I’ll be choosing someone more reliable from now on.

I found this place after popping my tire on 90 and driving to the closest mechanic shop. I was immediately greeted by the friendly mechanics and was helped right away. Sam, who was especially friendly, helped me with getting a good used tire to replace my popped one and gave me a very fair quote for it. Another mechanic quickly took off and replaced my tire and the whole ordeal took only about 15 minutes. Thank you guys very much again, this place is awesome!
