I had an excellent experience here. They were extremely responsive, emailing me regular status updates as the work progressed. Lee provided top-notch customer service - keeping me informed, asking questions and working hard to find back-ordered parts. They dealt with the insurance and glass companies and I had zero hassles. The finished work was excellent - paint was perfectly blended and everything was straight and true. Can't ask for more than that!

I was involved in a car accident, with damage to the entire right front of my car including fender, bumper, wheel and tire damage. My insurance company sent me a list of local auto body shops they recommend, with the very best ones in bold print. Harr Collision was in bold print, so that’s where I brought my damaged car. From the moment I walked in, each of the front office personnel were pleasant, patient, and so helpful. Extensive work was required on my car, and taking it to Harr Collision was the best decision I ever made! The service I received was so personal, with almost weekly updates via personal phone calls. Keeping me in the loop by sharing all these updates with open transparency was such a huge help. I never felt overlooked or that my car was not a priority. Just the opposite, I was made to feel like having my business was very important to the entire staff. The manager, Josie, delivered service with honesty, transparency and utmost respect. His knowledge and expertise was amazing, and always served with a smile and his very pleasant demeanor. I am truly grateful for the very professional service I received. When I went to pick up my 5 year old car, it was sparkling like a brand new car just out of the show room. Harr Collision was the VERY BEST DECISION, and I highly recommend them for any and all car issues! You can trust them completely!

I brought my car here after I got rear ended for the 2nd time in a year. They were so much better than the first place I brought my car to. They kept on top of getting the adjuster to go look at my car and communicated everything to me. They also got my car done so quickly!! I worked with the manager, Ray, from Harr Collision when my Jeep Wrangler got rear ended. The collision center is great. When you walk in, it’s clean. The staff are professional and easy to work with and you do not need an appointment. They kept me updated on how the Jeep was doing throughout the entire process. I got my Jeep back and it is BEAUTIFUL! It looks like a completely new car and drives better than it did when I first got it! They also completely detailed it and it looked like a brand new car! I literally got compliments on how nice it looked! I am so thankful that I decided to bring my car here to get fixed and would recommend Harr to anyone.

Worst experience with a place in my life thus far. Take it from someone who has never bothered to give a review, let alone a negative one. My car has been gone for 7 weeks. Ashley told me my car would take 1-2 weeks to fix hail damage. Trista told me she would be "in touch with me on ETA" (she has not been in touch with me WHATSOEVER). I understand if things take longer -- but every time I call to ask about an update, she makes up some date and appears to be annoyed at my recurrent calls when said "date" arrives. Ashley says "Trista will update me when there are updates" and rush off the phone. I have asked for my car back 2x at this point as they "await parts", because had I known it would've taken them this long I wouldn't have given a damn about the hail damage in the first place. They say no, withholding my car with zero communication.

I was unfortunately rear-ended by someone and ended up choosing to bring my car to Harr Collision to have it repaired. If I ever find myself needing more body work, I will definitely be returning. The service was very good, the repairs my car received were excellent. The front desk staff are super nice people who were extremely helpful to me, not just about the details/status of my repairs, but also about car rental info, which was incredibly useful and made the entire rental process far easier and smoother than it otherwise might have been. When I picked up my car it was extremely clean, detailed inside and out. Thank you for making a difficult process much more bearable for me to deal with.

Worst body shop experience I’ve ever had. My SUV has been in and out since October 2025, and every time they claimed it was fixed, new issues appeared within hours. Staff was rude and dishonest, especially the claims rep. I was repeatedly forced to miss work for drop offs and rentals. They even confirmed damage was fixed before pickup, it wasn’t. Vehicle was returned dirty and still damaged. Poorly managed, unprofessional, and unreliable. Avoid at all costs.
