After going here, my Mercedes was so quiet I thought it was broken. I called four different places between Webster and Worcester and no place quoted me as cheap as here. One guy told me my resonator was bad and it would cost $500 to take it out. Quality said it was just some section of pipe and quoted me a fraction of that. They were able to do it in a couple hours too and called me to confirm everything. Insanely fast and good price! It's worth waiting for an appointment if you need to. Won't go anywhere else now for exhaust even though it's not the closest to me.

So this was the first time I went the Quality and the experience couldn’t have been better. They fixed my car quickly and at a very reasonable price. I have had the same type of work done with other cars at other places and they charged 2-3 times as much. They are very professional and the work is first rate. If I ever need my car fixed, or know anyone who needs work done, they will be the first I go to.

I took my car because of I suspected gas leakage and I was advised that it's probably from the exhaust.After dropping it off, I received a call from the one in charge who spoke truthful that I didn't close the oil tank.I was surprised because I know how crook other mechanics can be.Since I am a woman, they can choose to cheat and say, I fix this or that, pay $200 or $.... whereas the engine oil tank was uncovered. I have found a good, honest and faithful mechanic in the neighborhood. They did charge me a dime. Good people are hard to come across.

This place never disappoints. I had recently some exhaust work done and needed to come back - check engine light showed up with emissions error code. I spoke with Kurt and he asked to come back after the holidays. Apparently my Accord like to scare me once in a while - check engine light comes up, shines for a couple of days and then dissappear. So no work was necessary this time around. But in all my years dealing with Quality Muffler I never had an issue, these guys will never upsell you anything and always do high quality work.
