Great experience ! Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The secretary who answers the phone was always so nice and I can't say enough about Alex ! They did everything from arranging our rental to dealing with the insurance company. My car came back looking better and cleaner than when I brought it in !!! They are my auto body shop from now on !

Alex was quick and detailed the day I went to drop off my vehicle. Got me in and out and into a rental quick. He dealt with my insurance so I didn’t have to hear no back and forth. They fixed my driver side door quick and he did exactly what he said he’ll do. Now my Nissan Kicks looks better than ever. My wife is happy, I’m happy, the kids are happy. Alex and his team did incredible work, I cannot recommend them highly enough. My parked car was hit leaving it with body and suspension damage (See photos). The team went above and beyond, and in the end, I got my car back in a better condition than it was BEFORE the collision! They were communicative, friendly, and professional. Often when it comes to dealing with my car, I get talked-down to and mansplained. That could not have been farther from the case with Harris Auto body. Alex answered all of my questions with an abundance of patience but wasn't condescending. I live out by Springfield but I would definitely make the trip back to Worcester for Harris Auto body—I have finally found a shop I can trust.
