Did a very lousy job on both rear doors with small n big gap. The back lights with residue n this is brand new 21. I would not recommend this place ever..very poor services n dun even out the car for u

They exhibit a lack of communication and care to update you on the process. They take long and don’t take the time to get all the parts ordered at the onset. You have to reach them for updates, they don’t contact you. I can’t recommend if you want things done timely and efficiently.

My truck needed a new roof. They quoted me a price which was much more reasonable than any surrounding body shops. I fully expected the price to be inflated when all was said and done because that's typically what happens, especially with big jobs like this, but they honored it and had it done on time. Honesty in a body shop is a rare thing. They did a beautiful job. While I wouldn't want to go through the experience of needing major body work done again, at least I know there's a reliable business in the area that can handle it.

These guys are awesome. The rear bumper to my minivan was falling off and I took it to Speedway because I've had work done here on my other vehicles before and it was always done well. I was expecting a quote of at least $200 bucks to get it reattached. Forty bucks got me out the door and good as new. I'm a very satisfied customer (x3).

Christina, in particular, went above and beyond to help me out, giving me any and all information that I needed. She called the insurance agent for me when there was a glitch with the rental car, making things very easy for me. I highly recommend this business!

I chose Speedway Auto because they were certified for my Car by my dealer. They did a very nice job. Two days after I noticed tiny bubbles in my paint, You can imagine my disappointment. Well I called the shop and spoke to them and they had me bring the car back, and of course corrected the problem at my convenience. Understand this was during the 100 degree heat and it could have been due to conditions at the shop or the heat. What I liked was the fact that they guarantee there work and don't quit until your happy. I would recommend them. they are all very nice and friendly.

they were friendly enough but they had my car for MONTHS and kept making reasons to push off the pick up. I made the mistake of not carefully inspecting every part when I got it back. The bumper was put in completely incorrect, my hood didnt want to stay open anymore and also did not make noise when I locked the door. For some reason, a bulb was put in that was way too big for my brake lights, needing to break the bulb to get them out or else I'd have to take out the entire tailight. I won't go here again!!!

The time has been over a month now since bringing it in. I can understand things happen, but we did not expect it to take this long. They are friendly but you have to reach out to them for updates. They do not call you. After over a month without a car, you kind of wonder what is going on. Hopefully the work is good. I'll update this review when we get the car back. Also we were told that a rental car would be provided our first appointment. That we need to come in on Monday and drop the car off and the rental would be waiting for us. Well that Monday came and when we got there, they said we have to come back next Monday because they need to get the rental. Not sure why plans were made to be rescheduled. Say what you mean and follow through. But they are pleasant, which is nice.

Speedway auto represents ultra LEVEL customer service. I had some work done there four years ago and brought it in last week to ask them their opinion of something that looked out of the ordinary. The owner and his staff asked me to return with the vehicle so that they could fix something from four years ago. Can you believe it? Who does that? Speedway does. The owner and his staff are a pure class act when it comes to customer service and setting the bar extremely high. Even if your insurance company doesn’t have Speedway as a partner or preferred provider, you will undoubtably get better service here than anything else they could recommend. I’m a very demanding consumer and Speedway exceeded any and all of my expectations.

Had my car brought to Speedway after an accident. They were so helpful throughout this stressful process. They arranged to have the car brought from Direnzo in Millbury to their shop. They helped arrange for a rental car. Jeanine kept me in the loop through the process. Insurance company dragged their feet and after 7 weeks finally deemed it total loss, but they dealt directly with the insurance company on my behalf. Even though they never actually repaired my car, I still had a great experience with Speedway. I hope I never need them again, but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. David and Jeanine are knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!
