They did an amazing job with my car . They waited and were so patient and kind to me while i got together the money for the bill. The owner is such a pleasant man; super helpful, friendly, respectful & all around just a great guy. He made this whole process for me go so smoothly & made me feel like my car was in the right hands ... which it was ! Oh & also the day my car broke down they helped me with a ride home too . I was running tight on money and really had no one able since i was new resident to not only the city of worcester but also to the state , but i didnt even need to explain any of that without them gladly offering me a ride first. My car is running so smoothly now ! I think its running better now than it was when i first bought it ! I dont think i couldve gone to a better business for services . seriously reccomend this place ! Thanks for everything 😌

I've worked with more auto shops for my own vehicles and for vehicles at work than I can count over the past decade some great some not so great, but no shop stands out as being as phenomenal as East Side Napa Auto in Worcester MA. The physical services provided in conjunction with their customer service is nothing less than exceptional and one of a kind. Frank, Luke, and James are all beyond helpful, courteous, and kind along with every one of their employees I have interacted with. I'm confident without a doubt that the crew at East Side always does right by the customer to the absolute best of their ability in guiding and providing exactly the work necessary for the best care on anyone's vehicle, be it a small car or heavy duty pickup truck. Came here on a trip up from New York to see my father In law in the hospital, got a flat on the way to see him, I stopped here and they were able to plug my tire immediately, really appreciative of the quick service and nice staff. Let me start off by saying these are the most knowledgeable and honest Auto Repair people I have ever dealt with. I transport pets and my car broke down in Worcester. They got my car fixed and back on the road within a couple of hours . I live 3000 miles away from here so it would have been very easy for them to take advantage of me, but they are good honest people and I really appreciate that thank you so much

I came to fix my tire , they told me everything was good to go. The same night I began to hear noises while driving my car, and felt very unsafe. 8 am I called them to bring my car back, only for my wheel to start shaking and something breaking off. Come to find out it was my axel. because of this , it hit my car’s transmission and now I have a bigger issue than I left with. Another mechanic told me that they didn't screw the bolt correctly . Be very cautious coming to this place.

My partner and I had our car towed there, and we had no idea what was wrong with it. We were explained the length of repairs needed, and was told very transparently about the cost. There was simply no "upselling" that some mechanics may do. This place did the one repair needed, and didn't charge us any crazy unnecessary fees. They were super easy to communicate with and coordinate pickup. For future repairs, I'll be there! (Fingers crossed we don't need it though haha)

My 2008 accord completely gave out on me, here I was thinking that it was hydro locked. Found this amazing place from AAA and figured it would give it a try. Took it in and every step of the way the owner frank gave me prices, options, and information on the situation from start to finish. Ended up having to get rid of the car and he was kind enough to take it off my hands with no hassle. Communication is the biggest issue I’ve had with garages in the past but Frank made sure I knew just what I would be paying before anything was done and if anything changed or anything was found I was told over the phone and given suggestions and advice then entire way through. The most pleasant experience at a garage I’ve had so far and I’ll be happily coming back!

This was my first time using East Side Auto and it is safe to say they now have a life-long customer. I cannot say enough about how stress-free and seamless my whole experience was. Frank went above and beyond to accommodate my rental car, talk through insurance, and continuously kept me updated with transparency and sincerity. Frank, Frank Jr., and Luke were life savers for us. My partner & I were driving from Maine to Philly for vacation when our car engine light came on driving down I-290. The message read 'engine power reduced' & it was true. We got off the highway & found a local gas station to pull into. We called AAA, but other than that, had NO idea what to do & were devastated & frustrated. AAA said Eastside is nearby, so I called. Luke was so nice & said they would at least look at it & will be on the look out for us. Tow truck guy was also incredibly great. We got there & were greeted by Frank Jr. who knew we were coming. Then Frank himself came out & after talking with us for a few short minutes, had it almost diagnosed & asuaged our fears. In less than 2 hours & only $200, we were on our way. We were completely blown away by the knowledge & professionalism of this great company. And others that I heard Frank owns in the area ;) Take your vehicles here. They are trustworthy & the real deal. I've never written a review before in my life. This is how good these guys were to us.

Beware. They advertise being helpful to college students. After $500 in bad parts I walked away and got my car fixed somewhere else. I asked them to do a state inspection after the car was fixed- they proceeded with the inspection before the car was fixed causing the car to have a 60 day repair sticker. I know and work with good shops. This is not one of them.

A big thank you and so much gratitude to Frank and his team at East Side Auto. After unknowingly buying a lemon from a different party, my 7 day old car was towed to East Side. Feeling helpless with no idea what to do next, Frank and his team took the time with me to listen to my story and help guide me to achieve the best outcome possible given my circumstance. I feel Frank went above and beyond when he didn't have to at all, to educate me on what I was experiencing and even helped me negotiate a solution with the dealer that sold me the bad car. Had he not done that, I would have been stuck with this car. He stood behind me and advocated for me to make sure I was not taken advantage of. I am forever grateful for their help and guidance. We brought a used car to East Side Auto that we were considering buying from a dealer in order to get it checked out before we made a decision. East Side was very easy to communicate with and reasonably priced. Once they checked over the car, they provided us with a list of findings to have the dealer address before we bought it. They also gave us their general assessment of the car (whether it was good to buy) and said that if we did buy it, we could bring it back to be inspected and after, they could check if the work was done by the dealer free of charge. We proceeded to buy the vehicle and brought it back to East Side like they offered. They checked it over free of charge and confirmed that the dealership did not fix the issues, even though they claimed they did. They even let me come look at the car while it was on the lift and take pictures of the issues to show the dealer. I am very grateful that East Side was so thorough and I got the impression that they want to properly take care of their customers.

Took my car in to get the brakes checked because they were squealing. They inspected the brakes (which they advertise for free) and removed a rock that was lodged in there. They also greased the front brakes. They charged me $300 for two people and two hours of labor. When I left, the squeal was still there, but was improved. A few days later, it was significantly worse. I went there to ask for a refund, but had to speak with the owner. He called me because he wasn't in town and frantically told me that he doesn't just do refunds. He offered to take a look at the car again, but the hours don't work for my schedule. I had moved things around and used my lunch break to get it fixed there before because I thought they were trustworthy and I was a loyal customer. Not anymore. The owner was extremely rude over the phone to me and offered no real solutions, and didn't offer to at least fix my problem for free the next time I came in. He said he might be able to credit me the $300 towards the next fix. Not even a guarantee. Very disappointing as I really like Luke who is the manager. They should have been more thorough with their inspection. Seems like they just want to take advantage of women.

My car broke down in Worcester, which is 270 miles from home. What at first seemed like a small problem turned out to be the tip of a very large iceberg, including replacing the catalytic converter, wire harness, and ECU. I needed to rent a car to get home, and Frank set it up with Enterprise. There was a moment when I thought my car would never drive again. Frank persevered and got it done. He was honest, direct, and communicated clearly what was happening. He was transparent and fair in terms of cost. Everyone in the shop is friendly and helpful.
