So along time ago(35ish) yrs ago I worked at a auto shop. They type of place you sit and wait for your car or get a ride home from the owner or just talk about your family. Which he really did know. A true caring place. Well bravo is exactly that and knowledgeable. Ask other mechanics they will tell you George is probably the best diagnosis Mechanic in Worcester county. Atleast I thin so. Alot of the problem I can fix myself but when I'm stuck or it's a new system (stuff changes in 35 yrs) I trust noone but George and we do back so yes Bravo is the place for me. I also bought a car from him best used car I ever bought.

George has been my mechanic since before Bravo was located on May Street. My mom started going to George before I could even drive, and my family and friends continue to return to his mechanic shop for routine maintenance and repairs. He's always honest and gives me options for expensive repairs. If you want to repair your car with cheap parts, which might not last as long, he can help you with that and if you want better quality parts, he's happy to get the better stuff too. He's good about laying all the information out on the table so you can make the decision for yourself. He helps you consider questions like how long do you plan on having the car, etc. Obviously, if you're only planning on having your current car for a short time span, it might be wiser to go with the cheaper parts, but if you're in it for the long haul, he'll advise you against cheap stuff. At the end of the day though, he lets you make the call.

Lou and the crew are great. I have been taking my cars here for years. Good customer service and very honest about what they think you need. Their prices are line with other independent mechanics in the area. They really like Subarus, and specialize in European and Japanese cars. They have moved to a smaller location on Main Street recently.

Bravo's auto may be a little more expensive than some other( o.k., most other auto repairs,) but they are VERY worth it. Very professional, detail oriented, on time and loyal to their customers. The #1 positive is, they are honest!! A recent visit on 8/24/2021 & there are some workers who wear COVID masks, some don't, mostly the meachanics don't but usually u deal w/ the front people anyway. Just a heads up

From Chernobyl to Comeback — Bravo Auto is the Real Deal! My 2015 car was on life support, one tire firmly in the compactor. Overheating, losing power, check-engine light blazing, failed inspection — it was one meltdown away from Chernobyl. I was ready to junk it after miserable failed attempts to repair by 3 other shops. Then I found Bravo Auto. George, the mechanic and owner, is a true pro — meticulous, smart, and relentless in tracking down the real problem. Watching him work was like a CSI episode; he diagnosed every issue with precision. Brandon, his front-of-house manager, communicates better than most doctors — clear, respectful, and always keeping me updated. Turns out, previous shops had made some serious mistakes. George diagnosed and corrected the catastrophic errors and now the car runs perfectly — smooth, strong, with full heat — and passed inspection with flying colors. He never bad-mouthed the other shops, showing professionalism through and through. I’ve been to a lot of auto shops, but Bravo Auto is on another level: honest, talented, and professional.
