I got burned at a dealer where i bought my used Chevrolet from, the trucks hard break lines failed after 5 months, dealer wanted $3000 to fix. A friend suggested Sprint Lube & Repair, Talked with Mark and ended up costing just over $1000, including some extra labor for another issue that the dealer "fixed". i have been a customer with this shop for about 8 months now and would not trust my truck to anyone else. Update: 8/2/18 still going here for my repairs, I moved an hour away and it's still worth it to me to bring my truck to these guys because I know I'm getting a fair price and honest opinions on needed work.

I was visiting family from out of town, and had an oil change, which comes with inspection of fluids, air pressure, air filters, etc. The technician did a quick oil change, and told me that the front brakes were thin, but could not give me the precise amount left on my brakes in mm. Unfortunate, because that information is necessary for me to know if the car would pass its yearly inspection in my state. The tech seemed unaware that a tool exists for measure brake pad thickness. When I requested a written quote for front brake replacement, the worker manning the front desk at first refused, and when pressed, tried to tell me that it's not standard for car shops to provide written quotes. This is where he began to lose credibility, as I've never had experience in which any shop has had a problem to provide a written quote for work to be done. This same worker spoke to me in a condescending tone, interrupted me, and even took calls and began to walk away as I was talking. I definitely wouldn't recommend this shop to any woman customer for this reason. There are plenty of shops who will treat you professionally regardless of your gender, so you should go to one of those instead. Edit: Just got back from my local Subaru dealer, who measured the front brakes at 6mm, and said that Sprint Lube & Repair "obviously lied" about the brakes being really thin.

I have 2 vehicles Subaru Legacy and Mazda Miata. Greg and Mark the owners are really nice guys and all I can say is that they are fully trustworthy. It is rare that I have confidence with any repair facility. They do honest work, and will repair exactly what is wrong and give advise when needed. I know that that their repairs are done right and are fair with the pricing. Great work!!! They will not disappoint!!!

Brought my car in here to address an oil leak. When I got the car back, I parked it at home, didn’t drive, and overnight I had an even bigger leak than before. I took it back and they told me it “was just leftover oil that needed to be cleaned.” So I came and got the car back, and drove maybe 50 miles over the course of a few days, and it was leaking again in the same spot. They finally did fix it on the third try. Now about 1-2 months later I am having a MASSIVE leak at the other end of the oil cooler line they replaced. I pulled out the bolt connecting the cooler line to the oil filter adapter and it’s completely stripped. It was a disaster waiting to happen, and it finally did. Now I have to remove ALL of their work because I don’t trust it at all. Absolute waste of $1200. Oh and my coolant is still leaking so that’s like, super duper cool. Don’t even trust them with an oil change.

This is hands down the best shop. The owners are friendly, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to make sure your repair experience is a good one. Read raving reviews about this place, and decided to check for myself. For just under forty dollars I got an oil change and a several-point inspection on my car all of which latest less than 20 mins. All that paired with ZERO wait time and great customer service makes this a highly recommended place if you are consider oil changes, repairs, and more. I was impressed, and I'm sure you will be too.

Service was excellent - my wife needed new front brakes and tires desperately before going out of town. They were very flexible, even giving her and my son a ride home since I was still at work and then taking care of bringing the car to the tire place before fixing the brakes themselves. They even called the tire place to help her pick out proper tires in her budget. Everything was in tip top shape within less than 24 hours. Highly recommend!

I had some Auto Repair done here and the owner was really nice. The price for the work was very reasonable and they didn't go to work. I would only say let a synthetic oil change is a little pricey and they don't take credit cards. The price of a regular oil change is great though.

This place is awesome! The owner has been in business for about 40 or 50 years and I always trust the service I get here! Not only have they saved me many times but they always do a good job! I’ve been coming here for all my car repairs and needs for almost a year now and I don’t have a single complaint or regret about anything. If you’re in the area you highly recommend this place for your cars needs. I still bring my car to this garage for any needs. Quick, affordable and friendly service. Can’t go wrong here. Highly recommend sprint lube to anyone in the area. I live about 25 minutes away now and still drive to Worcester for car services here. I have been going to Sprint Lube for repairs for years. I have never had a problem that I had to return to have it fixed, which is what I have had happen at other shops. I have moved away from the area, but I will continue to use them as it is too expensive trying to find a reliable mechanic. There has been more than a few times when they did not charge me or the charge was very low. I have had front end work, brakes, and oil changes done. Great work.
