The 50 dollars deposit is ridiculous to book an appointment. I recently had a family emergency so not sure when I can get in. I simply called to cancel and I was told my 50 dollars is non refundable. Never mind the guys terrible customer service on the phone. I highly recommend going ziebarts. More professional services.

Great job again! This is my second car I have had tinted with them and the tint is just as good as last time. They also installed some carbon fiber aftermarket peices on my car that didn’t fit very sturdy and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was secure! Highly reccomended!

Last weekend I had the pleasure of meeting the JV team. It was only luck that I found this location after having just left the Ziebart business in Shrewsbury because no one showed up for my appointment. These guys are phenomenal in their craftsmanship and knowledge! Pete, a representative of JV was able to assist me immediately and took my vehicle within 15 minutes. I requested my tints be removed and then reapplied. Not only were they efficient but fast as well. Removing the tint took roughly 40 minutes and reapplying it took a little more than an hour. Upon further inspection I am overwhelmingly satisfied. Although, if tinting is not your thing JV also provides audio equipment, lighting modifications, remote start controls, and much more. I highly recommend JV especially for those looking to support the local community. I will be returning to JV in the near future for all my tinting needs.

Nice enough staff, but the particular staff member I spoke with seem obviously more interested in trying to push a sale than trying to help me obtain the necessary audio equipment and installation information I needed. Other staff members may have been more supportive, but that's unclear. There were also a few comments from two different persons on the premises along the lines of "Nice car, are you selling?" and "Would you ever consider selling it?," which while I'm sure were intended as compliments made me feel uncomfortable. I'm trying improve my car to better my driving experience, why would I sell it? There were some very nice builds at the shop, so the team must do a good job on customs, but for my relatively simple purposes they seemed very unprofessional.

They did a amazing job on my windows, and after they was done they explain everything I needed to know and what not to do. Great customer service, and they was fast and got the job done right. Got my 19 accord done at JV’s tinting they were very professional and upfront, great price$$_ it took a couple hrs, they did have an emergency when I first got there, but still got my car done.. they came out amazing 🤩 if your looking to get your windows tinted this is the place, I definitely recommend!!!

I dropped my new Volvo off at JV’s in the morning to get my windows tinted. Isaac showed my the different tint shades and the ceramic tints that keeps the inside cool by blocking the hot sun. Just a few hours later Lisa called me and said my car was all done. I took an Uber over and there it was looking complete with fresh tints! Thank you Joelle and the team for a professional job. My car was still spotless from the detail the day before. Highly recommended!!

Not sure what happened here, my first WRX came out fantastic, but fast forward to my new black WRX,,, got my windows done here again but had to get my roll up windows redone cuz of debris under the tint. Then the next morning I was looking at the car and discovered a 2 and a half inch scratch in the door that I know for a fact was not there before yesterday (yes I'm absolutely that anal) most likely from the big utility belt the guy wears while tinting. I could not see the scratch before I left as it was pouring out. I am very very upset, I don't know if my detail guy will be able to do anything to at least fade it a little. What a shame for a car with 2500 miles on it. Owner is a nice guy, but tint guy needs to be more careful with other people's stuff. Now I gotta find another place for my next car cuz that tint dude is no bueno. For this reason, I can no longer recommend this place for tint.

JVs has always done a great job for me, they’ve Tinted aall my work truck vehicles windows very well it always guaranteed there work. Very happy with their service but lately they’re not open and I can’t understand why. Voicemail is full and the shop is closed on Grafton Street. Don’t know what happened. They’ve been closed for about a month now July and August 2025. Hope they open back up I need more work to be done from them
