Cid and L&M as a whole are incredibly helpful and honest. They want to get customers good deals and make sure you’re taken care of. They’ll show you everything they’re working on and offer discounts. We needed brake pads, rotors, and new tires which we were able to get done all in one day in less than 3 hours. Such a great guy and a great place to get work done! We will definitely come back for our regular oil changes instead of where we used to go.

Amazing place and people!! Honest and professional. They are young guys that work there and they're amazing! They work hard and fast to get you back on the road as fast as possible. They have saved me in numerous emergencie situations and have never tried to gouge me on the price or get me to buy anything that I don't need. If you don't need new tires they will tell you that you don't need to spend money the owner isn't an upstanding honest guy I wish I knew their names so I could give them props personally. They also do other work Not Just Tires so if you need help go see them on West Boylston Street

My wife's car had a slow leak - and I remembered seeing this place on West Boylston St driving by one day. I figured I would stop in and see if they could take a look at the tire and see if it could be fixed! The guys were great - they had someone else in front of me but got my car in right away, diagnosed the issue and had me in and out in just under an hour - found a small metal shard lodged in the tire - plugged it and sent me on my way. The guys working there was super friendly and excellent to deal with!

They are the best for sure good pricing and patient and will do everything they can for you I had 2 pops and they changed them and one was bad and I had to tow it back to there shop and then the next day they did everything they could do to find me a tire that fits they put in and off 4 different tires and they didn’t work but they didn’t give up they went the extra mile to get me a tire that fit and works and made sure that they got it done before they closed that day and I really appreciated that 5 stars for effort and determination and dedication

I dropped in to this repair shop without an appointment, to fix a flat tire. Manny immediately checked my tire located the puncture, repaired it and put it back on my car - all within 20 minutes! He also asked a co-worker to check the pressure on all my tires and added needed inflation. Manny could not have been more helpful, professional and polite!
