I have found my new auto repair place! Brought in my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe for an oil change — they did a safety check and saw that my brakes needed some work. Tessa brought me back to meet Christian (the mechanic) and he showed me what the issue was with my brakes. I have never been brought back to meet the mechanic so they can show and explain what is the problem - love that!! They had to keep my car so they offered me a loaner car. Wonderful experience. They fixed my car in a day and made it easy for me to pick up my car after hours since I work in Boston. When I got into my car I noticed that they had cleaned the interior of the car too!! AND gave me a shirt and a koozie! All in all wonderful experience with communicative, experienced professionals.

Both my husband and I have had horrible experiences here a couple years apart. My husband had work done when they were at their previous location and his tire just about fell off when he was driving on the highway with our daughter. Luckily he pulled over when his car was shaking uncontrollably and when I got there his tire was hanging on by ONE bolt. They did fix the damage from this situation but told him they hand tighten bolts on tires so we swore we would never go there again(besides for the 3 free oil changes they offered him for an incident that could of seriously injured or killed them) BUT I was dumb enough to put my trust in them one more time this past summer when my regular mechanic could not check my car for a week. I brought it here since they were AAA certified (which now I know means nothing) with my check engine light on and my car was jolting over 50 mph. I was not told until I got to the shop that they charge $150 for the diagnostic and don't roll it over then they told me my spark plugs and a sensor needed to be replaced with a full throttle body cleaning. They also tried to charge me to fix my AC which had absolutely no issues and I had not previously complained about. The day after I picked my car up it had the same problem again so I went on a test drive and I was told it's just a sensor that only HARR toyota can turn off. I then brought it back AGAIN with the same issue and was told by another mechanic spark plug one and three needed to be swapped. And then the THIRD time it took them three days to look at it and told me my whole engine needed to be replaced. When I asked Ashley if it's even worth it since it's a 2013 with over 200,000 miles she told me yes and to go back to them for the repair when my car gets worst. I was very skeptical about her statement but I don't know much about cars so I got a second opinion from another shop and they told me they would have warned me about my engine before making these repairs with my car being so old and having so many miles on it! I felt so betrayed with their dishonesty and the fake bubbly personality! They just want the business. When I asked for a refund on the diagnostic, spark plugs, and throttle body cleaning Ashley apologized no one warned me about my engine to begin with and refunded the diagnostic for misdiagnosing it but I still had to pay $2,000 for useless and unnecessary work. Not to mention they told me they couldn't print out a receipt when I asked for one and when I made this whole complaint I magically couldn't access my online receipt either. This is a lesson learned and I hope someone reads this and chooses to use an HONEST mechanic, there's plenty around! Even further down on the same street!

FINALLY!!! An honest auto repair shop!!! This was quite the experience for me. I’ve taken my 2010 fusion with 110k miles on it to FOUR different repair shops. FOUR. They found everything wrong EXCEPT for what was actually wrong with my car! And each time I had no choice but to trust what the mechanics would tell me. After all, if I were a mechanic I’d know what was wrong in the first place! Now this is just one of the things that sets this place apart from the rest. When they looked over my car, they actually sent pictures of everything they found! Right down to the engine filter! So not only did they FIND THE PROBLEM but they SHOWED me the problem! With very detailed descriptions and a very detailed estimate. No more just “trusting” whatever the mechanics tell you. The place is clean, up to date, the customer service is excellent, Ashley was very helpful. She was so nice went above and beyond for me going back to my car to check on something for me, just overall great customer service. Jake was my mechanic. He was very impressive. He took great care of my girl! Recommend what needed to be done immediately, what will be needed soon, and what he recommends I do in the future. And yes that came with pictures too!!! Wow! Just wow! I was so tired of pouring money into my girl and never getting the problem fixed! I take very good care of my car, my girl, she’s in fantastic shape and I want to keep her that way! The prices are reasonable too! Overall my experience with them was 10/10. I will definitely bring my other car there as well. Oh one more thing….. the prices of excellent tires are awesome! Way better than what I’ve paid for decades at a major retailer. I would bet it’s safe to say this place is going to get very busy with the quality of work they do. And the way they do things. I would imagine it’s going to be hard to get an appointment here soon! Thanks Ashley and thank you Jake! My girl is back!!!!

Needed some major repairs done on my XJ, an already 25 year old vehicle with its own set of challenges compared to newer. All work was broken down and effectively communicated with me throughout as well as updates. Needed a vehicle to get to work so Premier Auto had loaner vehicles which accommodated nicely! I didn’t end up getting my car fixed here, as I was unable to afford it, but they were SO nice and offered me so many payment plans with great deals and no interest fees. They were super transparent with what was wrong with my and what needed to be fixed, and were very understanding when I told them I was unable to get it fixed at their location. They allowed me to pick up the car quickly, and when I arrived it was covered in snow, and they offered to clean it for me and didn’t charge me for the inspection they had done on the car to see what was wrong. Overall, they were extremely friendly and helpful and went way out of their way to be helpful, an I would highly suggest this place.

I called at 4pm right after the Monday Thanksgiving travel weekend. Kevin said they were booked solid, but due to travel obligations I asked if they could fit me in. He made an appt for my 15min later and my car was ready at 5pm. The repair was very reasonable and no one tried to sell me anything extra. The problem was taken care of properly and I’ve had no problem since. While in the waiting room other customers talk about how great the service is and how friendly the staff is.
