I prefer going to one of the others because the spray around your car before you go through and it comes out much better. Plus sometimes you still have soap on the back window.

I went tonight to the self service bays. The first one I went to was out of order. The second one appeared to work so I swiped my card. Then I found out that only the spray wand worked, not the foam brush. I probably won't go back.

Great car wash. They offer free vacuums and cheap deals on automatic car washes. You can buy a pass to get your vehicle washed all month for as low as $20 or more deluxe washes. They also offer 2 ports for do-it-yourself washes.

The automatic car wash is great. It's easy on the paint finish. The side brushes even move out to go around the side mirrors. I do find it frustrating to pay for a subscription car wash only to find all the vacuums full. Mostly non-subscription cars.

All the guys here are really great but I have to send a VERY special shout out to Eddie at the Broad St (Nashua NH) location. I had a man harassing me while driving who followed me into the car wash and came up to my window and started yelling at me. I was finally able to pull forward (was in line) and the creep started walking behind my car but then left. Eddie kept reassuring me that he had my back because he had been watching the whole thing until it was my turn. He calmed me down and repeatedly told me he had my back and to pull back around immediately and come back if the man was waiting for me at the car wash exit. He was literally putting himself in possible danger for me, a complete stranger. That goes WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I hope the manager here reads this. If you are, please thank him profusely for me, give him a raise, appreciate the awesome employee you have and don’t let him go. He’s amazing. Thank you Eddie. From the bottom of my heart. PS - the car wash is great too

The people who work here always seem to be trying to do a good job. However, I have a vehicle with 4,000 mi on it that's been being washed there regularly since it was new and every time I go through it knocks one of the mirrors real good. The last time I went through it looked like one of the clips that holds the mirror cover on had been broken... And this time it looks like it knocked off the rest. I canceled the membership and have to go get a new part. I know that touch-free car washes generally use a higher pH solution, which is why I don't use them. But I need some other solution.

I use the Broad St. Golden Nozzle Carwash on a very frequent basis. I was there again this morning, and I’m always extremely impressed by the way the finish on my car looks when I exit the carwash. Only complaint is they didn't pre spray my vehicle or any others in front of me. There's likely lots of dirt in their washing material that could scratch other vehicles Are you saying cars don't need to be pre sprayed anymore to rinse off mud, etc? If so, why did they spray only front end of my vehicle? I appreciate your response & will change my review if true. However, they push cars thru so fast & I saw no pre spray or rinse on the 1st set of washing material nor any rinse throughout I could see

Horrible. All these fake 5 star reviews. So obvious and robotic. More then half of everything is broken and to top it off, I used only soap and rinse for 3 mins. I was charged $5. Perfect right? Nope. Bank statement $10 for a 3 minute manual spray. Prices are nowhere to be seen except when a screen flashes $5 charged to card. It's a sneaky way of over charging with zero accountability. It's a double fee type of business and when you swipe your card they have you by the balls. Hence why you can't use cash cause then you can track how much you pay. Need to change their name to " Golden Shower Wash" because I was just pissed on and I paid for it

Overall, This car wash is nice. Came out looking nice and new. However, it did knock off the back of my mirror. I went back in and they retrieved it. Barely a scratch. They also have free vacuums if you buy a wash which is very handy.

The golden nozzle car wash is an excellent place to get your car washed but even better is the free vacuums that they offer that you can use at any time. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I love the fact that you can get a month of unlimited car washes for just $19.95. My car comes out perfect every time and really love the convenience of this car wash.

I just love coming to this car wash location!!!! Great price for $29 a month n unlimited car washes n includes undercarriage, tires n waxing! Free vacuums as well ! I am always greeted by the very friendly staff there such as Eddy n Nicki ! Location offers the drive in car wash ($10 for a basic wash) and bays for you to wash your car on yourself ($5). Dryer in the tunnel wash is weak; windows end up needed immediate wipedowns. There's free vacuums, which is the main reason I'm here.

The self-service Bay's rip you off. The first time I went the time never ran out it just kept charging my credit card. You can't select the amount of time you want it just keeps charging and charging I had a very expensive car wash waiting for it to run out on me. The second time I went I just wanted to do a $5 rinse off washed my car for 3 or 4 minutes and was charged $12

This is my favorite local car wash. The self service bays are pretty typical of anywhere else. Equipment always seems to work. The best part of Golden Nozzle are the FREE vacuums! Yes, free. And they're great quality too! That alone is worth going here - and I sometimes go for the sole purpose of using the vacuums. The automatic car wash is always in great shape. Car always looks great when I leave. Attendants are always friendly and do a pre-spray before you drive into the tunnel.

I use the self service. Equipment has always worked fine for me. Free vacuum is great if you can get one, unfortunately they're often taken by people not even paying for a car wash (not management's fault people are cheap ). The one issue i have is the price for self service isn't clearly displayed anywhere . It's $5 to start. Cool. But then the clock goes up. At what point do I start paying more? That's something that should be clear to avoid confusion. It'll save you from having people call to complain!
