This place goes above and beyond customer service! When I totaled my car and told the girl at front desk named Morgan that I was battling cancer and was going to be away for a bit getting radiation she took everything out of my car and held onto it for me while keeping me in the loop with insurance and car details. I was just really impressed at her work ethic and how they operated!

Our insurance company listed Key Collision as a source to have our vehicle appraised for damage. After doing some research, we decided to stick with Key Collision for the repair as well. Everything started smooth, the staff is great and nice, and we received our rental seamlessly and were on our way. We received updates on progress along the way, etc. Unfortunately, due to a mix of the type of car we own and the market environment, our repair took longer than typical of 30 days or less, we ended up having to wait about 42 days for the repair. I do not blame Key exclusively for this, but I feel it worth mentioning, as this has become more common with body shop repairs post pandemic. However, once the vehicle was ready, I spotted an error almost immediately. No one knows your car better than you, especially if you love and enjoy your vehicle like my wife and I do, so I immediately knew the hood was not right and misaligned. At first Key did not agree, but I insisted it was incorrect and they kept the car another day to review. We were not happy about having to wait yet another day after a lengthy repair, but I wanted it done right. Thankfully, Key Collision came through and adjusted the hood properly and my car was back! This was several weeks ago, I wanted to wait before reviewing to make sure the repairs and paint held up and I am happy to say the work Key Collision performed is fantastic, the paint has held up, they did a great job and no other issues with our vehicle. My wife had a previous incident where the hood also needed to be painted and two weeks after we got the car back, the front hood was full of paint chips and defects, and I thought that maybe was typical for aftermarket paint jobs but that is not the case here. The paint from Key has held up and still looks great, I am very happy and I would return to Key in the future, but hopefully I won't need to!

I had a great experience with Key Collision of Nashua from start to finish. They were efficient, communicated clearly and addressed all of my questions in a timely manner. I really appreciated the regular status updates on my vehicle repair - it kept me informed and reassured throughout the process. The turnaround time from drop off to pick up was quicker than I expected, which made things much easier. They even coordinated with the rental car company to have my rental dropped off right at the collision center - super convenient and thoughtful. Special shoutout to Emily, she was absolutely amazing. This place was recommend to me by my insurance company, Geico. Brought my car here to get it “fixed” and was told my car was assessed as being totaled. My car had damage to the driver side door / mirror and that’s it. 2014 with 100 something miles. They offered for me to have the work done, have it considered totaled and then BUY back the car with a salvage title. Long story short, I ended up telling them I didn’t want the work done. Picked the car up, got a door in the same color as my car from a scrap yard for $250 and got an auto body shop to put the door on for another $250. $500 total for the work. No salvage title. $500 is my deductible and I didn’t even use my insurance. The lady behind the counter tried to sway my decision and make me feel bad I chose else wise. Think twice before you consider an adjusters decision. Remember the insurance companies and these body shops need to make money too and are not on your side.

Everyone at Key Collision was amazing! From the quote to the repair, they were all very honest and transparent throughout the whole process. They replaced my front bumper within a week and worked with me (as I had no insurance coverage at the time) to get the price as reasonable as possible and made it work! Extremely high quality work and my car is back up and running fine with no issues. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

I would never recommend this place. The staff was very pushy and rude. All I wanted was a quote for my truck, but they repeatedly tried to pressure me into booking an appointment for the work to be done. I clearly explained multiple times over the phone that I only wanted a quote, yet they continued to push for an appointment. I needed the quote to get the ball rolling with insurance. I could not just drop my truck off and leave it there for weeks for the work to be done as I need my truck for work. When I went in person for the quote, the same thing happened they were again very pushy and made me feel extremely uncomfortable by insisting I book an appointment on the spot. I was also told I would receive my quote by email by the end of the day, but I never received anything.
