Ronny from Car Audio Solutions was wonderful. I had a smart Sony radio installed with hands free calling, apps, maps, backup camera and looks like the radio that came with my Honda. Also had a car starter installed. A little less than 4 hours for install and he showed me how to register and use everything. The ultimate professional and great value for a great product. I was quoted a few hundred for a aftermarket radio stall from another shop so I decided to do it myself. Radio wasn’t working after attempting to do it myself. The factory radio wasn’t working after I thought the new unit was broken. I called Car Audio Solution and they had great availability! They explained what happened during my install attempt and fixed the wiring issue and installed the new radio with all the accessories I needed to keep the functions of my car. I was charged less than half the price that I was quoted from the first place I went to and had my car 2 hours later. Great value for an install and a wiring issue fix. These guys are great and would recommend to anyone!!

Where do I start? I will start with this shop EXCEEDED my expectations!!! I live about 3hrs away in north central Vermont and actually went to other shops like this one to talk and research finding someone who not only sold but install carplay's. I knew what I needed and like and the price range and also prior customer reviews. The three I research had good reviews but were very expensive for product and installation and to me their attitudes were slightly condescending. When I call and talk to the owner of Car Audio Solutions it was a no brainer!!!! Not only was he patient with all my questions and concerns!!! He was very courteous and got me in for sales and service within that week while the others would have me wait anywhere from 1-2 months!!! His price for the carplay with installation was nearly half what the other two shops wanted to charge!!! I also asked for some late minute additional items added which he had in his shop like steering wheel control for the volume. Once he was was finish he sat down in the vehicle explaining everything to know about how to use and patiently taking all questions from me important or self evident. I agree with all the positive reviews he has and will DEFINITELY return for any additional car audio upgrades I can think of!!!!

I met Ronny at Car Audio Solutions under not the greatest circumstances for me, as I need an Ignition Interlock Device installed a year ago. It was removed today! After the initial installation I had to return every 2 months to have the device calibrated. I was treated with friendly respect every visit, and the service was quick and professional. Out of all the installers approved by the NH DMV, he had the lowest installation fee, and didn't try to overcharge for what was an already costly process for me. I don't wish it upon anyone to have the need to have this device installed, but if you have the need, contact Ronny. No long waits for an appointment, and clean and efficient installation and removal. Thank you Ronny!!

Ronny was great. I went in and explained how I wanted to enhance the stock audio in my new car and he showed me a couple options without trying to up sell me on unneeded equipment. The installation is clean (no visible wires) and only took a couple hrs. I don't know the other person's name who works there but props to his as well. ronny was great! he installed carplay in my nissan rogue. at first it wasn’t connecting with my back up camera correctly so he replaced it with a new, better unit at no extra charge that now works perfectly! and had it done within a few hours. i almost just bought a unit at best buy and had them install it but i could tell they weren’t confident in what they were talking about so i looked around for somewhere who specializes in this stuff & i’m so glad i did. would 100% recommend.

Car Audio Solutions was the best experience. I bought another car stereo elsewhere and when I got it I realized to many wires and harnesses. I called Ronnie and asked if he would install a system not purchased at his store. Definitely he said. I made and appointment and showed him what I had. No problem my friend he said. I planned on dropping off my car on a Friday afternoon and he said it would would be finished by noon on Saturday. When I arrived on Friday Ronnie said my installer and myself will hop on it right away and you'll have your vehicle back tonight. I was amazed. Sure enough it was finished about four hours later. When I arrived Ronnie spent about an hour with me explaining how the whole system worked. Ronnie was very personable and I'm glad I found Car Audio Solutions! I'd recommend them to anyone I know!! I highly recommend this business. I’ve done multiple transactions with them from window tinting all the way up to a new car stereo system all new speakers and a hidden subwoofer. They are very knowledgeable and talented. Anything that you have for a project most likely they can get done for you car related. trashy and shady dudes. tried to charge me the same price for 4 window tint when i do my 6 there then acted dumb. don’t go , i got a better price elsewhere ! UPDATE: that’s not what they said on the phone, no need to go back I got all 6 windows done for $170! so much for all the excuses. If anyone needs better let me know

Had to get in intoxalock replaced from malfunctioning. They told me if I call the company and get a new one sent they'd install it for free because it'd been locking me out due to electronic malfunctions nothing to do with drinking. I called the company had the device sent to them, now they're trying to charge me $350 to reinstall it a week after Christmas and rent, after being told to get it sent to them and they would install it for free. Now I will not be driving for quite a while because I can't afford to pay for their malfunctioning equipment

They missed cutting the tint and cut the weatherstripping around my windows on the inside if the car, when I confronted them about the issue the wouldn't owe what they did...buyer beware plenty of other places out there who stand by there work. I posted pictures on Google reviews showing the lack of professionalism and craftsmanship. If your looking for pretty shotty work you found it these guys are crooks and very disrespectful at that. They claim to cut the tint from the outside which is clearly bigger so when they went to put it in they had to modify if from the inside. Chevy will determine the damages tomorrow.

Carisma in lowell or any other place...pay the extra 25-50$ and learn from my mistake. If you look at the pictures the guy said they cut it from the outside which I believe but its much bigger so when he had to modify it he cut it inside and was off about an 1/8th inch which he said they wont replace even though light is coming through and he clipped the other side on the inside...im guessing the guy was new and probably a teenager....but not professional or acceptable by any means.
