Been going here since 1979 and have never had a bad experience. If my car is so old that it has started to nickel and dime me with repairs they have told me I would be better off trading it in. Danny has always been honest I even called once from North Carolina when I broke down to have him check an estimate to make sure I wasn't getting screwed.

Shop did an inspection costing $40, then withheld the sticker until I replaced all four brakes and rotors, because the mechanic said the pads were "to the metal." I examined the used parts and nearly all of them had plenty of pad left on them. I wrote the shop asking for my money back or a shop credit, and was ignored. I then wrote a complaint to the NH Dept. of Safety, who sent an inspector, finding that the shop inspector failed the front brakes unnecessarily. The mechanic stated he would reach out to me to "work something out" -- and then didn't. I wrote another letter asking to be reimbursed. Again I was ignored. This is fraud, pure and simple ... and I'm now taking the shop to court. You've been warned -- DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE.
