I can't even give this business one star but had to to post. My daughter had an appointment today to drop off her car for auto body repairs, had been told it would take 4 days to do the work and had sent them the insurance estimate, had clearly communicated with them by text a few weeks ago to make the appointment and still has those texts. When we arrived this morning an unfriendly woman who did not seem interested in the least in helping us, said they would not be able to do the work for several days and had no documentation of the appointment, stated the person who gave my daughter this information was on vacation so they really could not help us. As she lives out of town, this appointment had been coordinated for today. Thankfully we were able to take the car on short notice to another area body shop that was friendly, and very willing to do the work. This was possibly the worst 1st impression I have experienced with a business and would never consider them for future needs.

I highly recommend this place. Mike and his staff were a pleasure to work with. They quickly provided a quote for the work needed on our van and an accurate estimate of how long the work would take. Mike proactively reached out to me to keep me informed of the progress of the work. They worked very well with both my insurance company and the rental car company making the drop-off and pick-up process hassle-free. The repairs on the van look great and, as an added bonus, the van was washed and vacuumed for us!

If there were more than 5 stars i would have given more! Mike and his team were awesome! Always nice, answered my questions, worked with my insurance, communication on status of my car- the whole experience was easy and hassle free. Not to mention the job was completed 2 days earlier than expected and they detailed my car! It was like a new car when I picked it up. No doubt I will recommend this place!

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. They are amazing in every way. Communication is spot on. Price is great. Staff is amazing! They show so much care and concern for you, your car and your situation. The are extremely accommodating and try to get you your car asap. I had the pleasure of talking / working with Mike and he was incredible. He goes above and beyond and that is hard to come by these day (it was refreshing) and this is why Nashua Collision Center will get my business for the rest of time. Amazing service! I am a single woman and always get nervous about going into auto shops. They replaced my cracked front bumper in 24 hours and even went so far to wipe down the inside of my car, which is now free of dust and dirt! I was genuinely shocked and so happy with this shop!

I was a little hesitant when I first heard where the shop was located si don’t get down into Nashua that often but decided to give them a try anyway. What a wonderful decision! The staff was great from the start - completing the initial assessment of the vehicle damage - to completing the work and returning the car as good as new. They finished the work in a timely manner making sure that I was kept up to date on progress along the way. Thank you Mike!

I can’t praise this shop enough, the estimate process was super easy and they worked directly with the insurance to get this done very quickly. I dropped the car off and was given a ride to get my rental. Car was in the shop for about 2 days and they had returned it looking brand new. They also washed and cleaned out the inside of my vehicle. I was not expecting that and it was a pleasant surprise. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend you give this shop a call.

You make an appointment and come for appointment, told it was a week prior. It was not. Also if a week prior why did you not call me? I wouldn't recommend this place at all. There are better shops in Nashua.

My Q7 was scuffed in a parking lot while I was away from my vehicle. The car has a ceramic coating and a wrap and I was worried about what it would look like when I got it cleaned up... The Audi dealership recommended NCC and I could not be more pleased. Mike and the crew beautifully fixed up my car and it looks SO GOOD. They washed (and detailed my car too which was unexpected) and I am so happy with the results. I cannot recommend NCC enough, if ever you need bodywork, GO THERE! They're great and they texted me daily with progress updates on my vehicle which I feel like is unheard of in this day and age. I would give them ten stars if I could!

Every time something pops up that needs repair I use these guys. I hear lots of horror stories of shops taking forever and their car sits there for weeks. Not here. Professional, polite. Once they have your car , they are on it. They communicate what’s going on, if you need a ride to work or home from dropping off your car they will help you. Paint job came out awesome. Nashua Collision did an absolutely amazing job fixing my Chevy Equinox after a rear-end collision. My car looks brand new! Their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding — they kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and always checked in to make sure I was all set with everything involving my rental. They coordinated everything with Enterprise making sure I had transportation the entire time my car was being worked on, so I didn’t have to lift a finger. When I picked up my car today, they went the extra mile by cleaning it inside and out, making it look and smell like a brand-new vehicle. I truly hope I never need collision repair again, but if I ever do, Nashua Collision will be the only place I go. I will absolutely be recommending them to all my family and friends. Mike and his entire team were fantastic — every time I stopped in, called, or texted, they were incredibly professional, friendly, and positive. I cannot praise them enough!
