Always liked these guys and they've been here forever. I've taken Ford heads to them and been real happy with the turnaround....they rebuilt the carrier bearing on my Honda 400EX....hoping this week they'll take my aluminum 5.7 Tundra heads...

The team here built my Volvo Red Block into quite a beast, better than factory, and even with supply issues completely out of anyone's control, finished the block in short time. I will be back!

This is a great automotive machine shop. They do great work and stand behind the work they do. I had them press some wheel bearings and the bearings failed immediately. We suspect they were defective. I brought them back and they removed the defective ones and pressed in new ones. I will use them for any machine work I need and suggest anyone in the area check them out.

I bring in head for a i6 cummins 5.9 head to be rebuilt. i asked for a 5 angle valve job paid up front, i believe about 600 bucks i delivered it for the shop that i had putting it on for me to torqe abd stud sequence lashing etc anyways they flux it and said no good even though it was just a busted valve,at that point i should of had resurfaced then re fluxed but didnt. They call me and say i need new head and they could give me one for 4 k all done up, if i had the money for it i never would of braught my old head in, anyways i baught new head from texas and wanted same work and to be tested. he agreed to do it on the new head then i get another call saying well i cant do your valve job without removing your guides i said ok thats part of the job isnt it and he agreed they had to be removed to machine it. he said i should get new ones etc he wanted alot more money so i said if my guides are ok and you have to take them out anyways whats the issue so i said just to put the new valves in as i need it and i cant pay more as we made an agreement and i gave him what he asked for as i had other work being done elsewhere.finally he calls me again and says heads allset and i could come get it. so i came to pick it up and looked at my head and they reused over 15 out of my old valves that i wasnt made aware of reusing most of them. so i paid 600 bucks to put in a few valves and seals. It was taken apart completely and wasnt machined as we origionally agreed .The valves have held up but ive been stressing over the reused/reconditioned ones. I guess im frustrated that my valve guides were taken out anyways, and i did not get the 5 angle valve job. I did edit this as his response was very professional about it and i dont want anyone losing buisness over a review so im8 just going say have any shop your not familliar with to explain whats being done, and ask questions so you know what your moneys getting you. This was not about lack of skills tools,or shoddy works manship as everything was done correctly just differently than i thaught

Not only do they do great work, they charge reasonable prices. I’ve compared across 5 different machine shops/engine workers. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
