Had my 2015 Tundra aligned previously at another tire/alignment shop and after a while I noticed my front tire outer edge started to abnormally show wear - Took it to Lionel’s to check and perform an alignment - Great tech staff who explained I have seized alignment cam component which they were able to take into account with the final alignment - Good to go - Suspect my previous alignment shop performed a good enough solution which eventually showed up with abnormal tire wear - At a future point I will work/repair the seized component and have Lionel’s perform a re-alignment however not a rush item - Great experience and recommend Lionel’s !!

Lionel's Alignment has done work on our cars since the 1980's. Beyond alignments they also do brakes, engine work, etc. If it has four wheels they can fix it. They provide quality service at a reasonable price. They have pride in their work and will solve any issues that you might have. If you want your vehicle serviced and fixed correctly this is the place to go. I trust them to keep our cars safe on the road. They also provide service to commercial fleets.

If you need alignment work this is the place to go. My Jeep was in a wreck and after it was fixed there were still some lingering issues. Most notably death wobble over a certain speed. Anyone with a lifted vehicle knows suspension work can be tricky. Not here. These guys know their stuff. They are honest, don't gouge you and are extremely easy to deal with. Go here. They do great work and you won't regret it.

They have a wonderful service and professional. I didn’t plan to do alignment today but somehow I need to. So I asked friend whom use to live in Nashua. She did recommend here. She said this place is the best. So I walked in without appointment. They said I need an appointment but I came from Boston and I didn’t think I would drive back. They were about to wrap up everything ready to go back home. But they were so kind to put their extra time to do alignment for me. Very impressed. They are friendly and does a very good job. When they seen a poor guy in need of a little help, they turned there backs!! All this guy needed was a little help getting his truck out of the middle of the street that was "right in front of there shop" because he didn't have hundreds of dollars, they told him "Good Luck" not nice people, especially now when people just need a little help! I'll never go there again and I will warn everyone about there MEAN Spirit!!!

This shop is fantastic. They always try to fit you in based on your schedule. They are pretty busy, so it can take a few days, but never too bad. They are super polite, do great work, have driven me home when they had a person available, and have fixed everything right the 1st time. Prices are reasonable. They have a small office you can sit in if you want to stay and wait. They do inspections. One thing to note, pay in cash and save the credit card fee.

Dave and the guys are great. They do the work on out work service trucks and I brought my Jeep Wrangler there for axle seals, steering pump, pressure line, and speed sensor. I used Lionel's Wheel Alignment recently to remove & replace the two front Air Struts on my 2011 Range Rover Sport HSE. The LR Dealer cost exceeded $3500.00 and I decided to purchase OEM Struts and have them installed by a suspension qualified shop. My quotes for the R&R labor-only ranged from $550 to $1250. Lionel's was at the low end of those estimates but I was impressed with their facility and confidence about doing the install. The outcome was fantastic with Lionel's installing the new struts & performing an alignment. They also completed a NH state inspection replacing three side light bulbs that were burnt out. The new ride on the truck is excellent and I could not be more satisfied with the outcome. I plan to have a conversation with the LR dealer to apprise them they need to assess their repair estimates disconnect with the the real world. I'm not hopeful anything will change. I cannot recommend Lionel's in strong enough terms. They provide excellent "value for money" and are a pleasure to work with. Barry B. Nov. 2022
