Everyone knows, especially car enthusiasts, that this is best dealership in the area! I’ve being going here for about 3 decades and there is a reason for that, they are second to none! Their service department is the absolute best! Their mechanics are able to fix, what most others can’t or won’t. My car always drives amazingly when I get it back from service. Took my car under full Acura factory warranty here for service and they caused damage to the vehicle and pretended like they didn't. After many attempts to contact them, they simply ignored me and did nothing about it. I was also over charged for the service, which took 30 minutes in person to refund on the computer while I stood there. The service was sub par, leaving the car dirty, and issues not fixed, needing to be re-done for a second time. This business put profit ahead of customer loyalty. The worst of this was the service folks tried making me feel uncomfortable, hoping id leave the overcharges and issues as is, without resolution.
