Spent a lot of time with three employees (sales, service and post-sale walk through). Each one clearly new his stuff. Each offered advice, insights, details, opinions, transparency. Dan, Jesse and Chris are very knowledgeable in their areas. Great to see younger, qualified people in the sales/support area doing such thorough work. Had a chance to buy for less elsewhere far away but glad I chose the Nashua this time. Highly recommended. Based on what I experienced I expect their service dept will perform as well if needed.

He took it right in and when they realized they could not do what i needed them to because of the type of finish on it, they kindly washed it and gave it back free of charge! What a stand up company. Lack of communication amongst the service team resulting in delay after delay in servicing our 2021 Classic 33 purchased new from them. Poor detailing after requested and paid for leaving 4 months of accumulated pine pitch sitting in their lot due to lack of communication. Will not return back there.

Not all airstream dealers are cerated equal. Jesse in the service department is hands down the best manager I have encountered when it comes to customer service. Every airstream dealer, rv repair shop told us it would be months before they could look at rig. Jesse got us in immediately, was patient with us, and continues to be of help at every turn. They clearly care about their customer, reputation, and quality of service. Don’t go anywhere else.

Our relationship with Airstream of Nashua began in 2018 when my husband and I bought our first Airstream. It was a 16' Basecamp. At that time, Dan Murphy was a tech there. He was so incredibly knowledgeable and we were brand new to the Airstream world. Dan made sure before we left the lot, we felt comfortable with all the different parts of our new home on wheels. Fast forward to 2024. We still love Airstream of Nashua. We love the small intimate business that they have created, taking the time to treat each of their customers as important. The service department has gone through staffing changes, but in our experience, they have continued to make things right and have taken good care of us. I would be remiss not going back to Dan. Dan moved to sales soon after we bought our Basecamp, and has been there for our three Airstreams since then. Having the service background enabled him to become an incredible salesman. I remember calling him on a Sunday from Florida in a panic when we had water leaking through our roof vent during a rainstorm. He put himself through to Facetime and walked us through how to take care of the problem until we got back home to NH. We didn’t check the seals as we should have on the roof. Dan and his service department never chastised us about maintenance, but took care of it and showed us how to check our roof annually to avoid this happening again. We recently purchased our fourth Airstream from Nashua and we always joke that this will be our last. Our last purchase was really buying the same Airstream. It is a another 25’ Flying Cloud (our previous one was a 2019 Flying Cloud). Dan sold us on the improvements in the new 2024 such as the on demand hot water system, redesigned door latches, 12 volt fridge, composite floor, 2000 watt inverter, etc. He also pointed out less noticeable upgrades such as the powder coated frame. Regardless of our first or fourth, we know all we have to do is pick up the phone and ask Dan, Jesse, Connor, Chris or Jay a question and one of them will get back to us. Thank you all for making our Airstream life a better one. All of you have been great!

I can't recommend the service department of Airstream of NH more! It had been my dream to live the "Van life" with my 2 golden retrievers and I bought an Airstream Atlas from a dealer at the Hershey RV show and it had so many issues. I took it back to NH and Rico and Jessie treated me with so much patience and respect, something sadly missing in the treatment of women in car/mechanic spaces. They got me up and running and now I feel they are part of my "Van Life" family!

We were so grateful that the folks at Airstream of New Hampshire were able to take a look at our Airstream when we suddenly discovered a problem on the first day of our trip. Jon in the sales department responded to my message right away and alerted the service department first thing in the morning. The service manager, Jesse was responsive, patient and reassuring, working us in. Oh course, they took care of the customers who had appointments first but we didn’t wait to long to have them take a look. Though they were unable to resolve the issue with our hot water heater, the technician took time to trouble shoot and give us advice so that we could continue on our trip despite the problem. He took extra time to advise us on other issues and gave us helpful suggestions. Everyone we spoke with was polite, supportive and professional. We highly recommend Airstream of New Hampshire. If we were in the market for a new RV, we would go there!

My husband and I purchased an Airstream two months ago at Airstream of New Hampshire. Not only were we new to Airstreams, we were new to campers/RVs. We didn’t know what to expect and, honestly, anticipated an experience that included condescension and pushy salesmanship. We couldn’t have been more wrong; we were greeted by friendly, helpful service technicians who let us know that the sales team had just stepped out for five minutes and would be back, but offered to unlock and open up any camper we were interested to view until they returned. Just a few minutes later, we met salesman Dan Murphy, who was awesome: friendly, laid back, informative, and incredibly knowledgeable of all-things Airstream. The whole purchasing experience was smooth and easy. Picking up our camper was also a breeze, with Jason giving us a thorough demonstration of everything inside and outside the camper, even providing his personal phone number if we forgot anything or needed any assistance. We highly recommend this dealership and their team whether you’re buying your first, second, third, or fourth Airstream.

From start to finish, it was truly top-notch. First, a huge thank you to John, my sales representative. John assured me that everything would be perfect when I arrived, and he absolutely delivered on that promise. The process was smooth and seamless thanks to Xan in the finance department—spelled X-A-N—who had every piece of paperwork ready. I practically just had to sign and head out the door. A very special shout-out goes to Mike, their incredible service rep. Mike spent over two hours walking me through every single system on the Airstream, letting me video record everything so I’d remember it all. He even helped me hook up the trailer and gave me tips on maneuvering, which was a big deal for me because this was my first time towing anything.
