I've had my car here twice. I don't think I will be using them again. The first time, I ordered some tires and they dropped my car with them. They told me that it would be done within a few hours and that they would call me when it was finished. About 8 hours later, after no call, I called them and I told me they couldn't install my tires because the only lift they can use for lowered cars was inoperable because of recent flooding. I picked up my car and they told me to bring it home, remove the wheels and bring them to them cuz they would install the tires. I just brought it to them a year later to have tires installed and they state inspection. The technician called me the day of the service to ask if I really wanted them to do a state inspection because my car is lower. Doesn't think it will pass. Have a BMW M3 and It is only 1 in lower stock

Googled them and their website says they service and repair transmissions, as I am experiencing transmission issues. Told them over the phone was i was experiencing so they said yeah bring it on by. An hour later I get a call stating the obvious that yes my transmission is in fact slipping then they proceed to tell me "sorry we don't work on transmissions or service them in any way your going to want to take your vehicle somewhere else, but that'll be $190 by the way". These people are crooks, if you had no intentions on giving me the services I straight up came in and asked for then you never should have accepted my vehicle in the first place. I paid $191 just to be told to go somewhere else.

Called them in the morning to get info about new tires. The man I worked with was helpful and knowledgeable, and showed me several options and explained the differences between them. They were able to look at the car by 11, and mounted the new tires and balanced the car by the afternoon. Overall it was quick and efficient.

Charged me over $700 for some service work and then 2 weeks later the plate on the bottom of my car came loose on the highway, nearly causing an accident. Not one person there offered an apology when I brought it in. Bunch of clowns. Editing this because the owner commented and said it was mangled with grass underneath it when I brought it in and it didn’t appear as though it was anything the shop did and they graciously replaced it at no charge. Let me be clear, it was mangled because it came loose on the highway and almost caused me to spin out. It was the fault of Sullivan because their “mechanics” did not screw it back on correctly after the service work was complete. They got it in immediately because I called and ripped them a new one. No kidding you replaced it at no charge, it was your fault. Hope that helps.

I needed all-season tires to replace summer tires. Scheduling an appointment online was easy. The tires were there when I arrived at the shop (Nashua, NH). The salesperson was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I've been to my local Sullivan Tire a number of times in the past. Prices are always fair and service is always excellent. This time was no exception.

They are friendly, and knowledgeable. The mechanics are professional, not just learning on the job, that is a big plus. The waiting room is very comfortable, t.v. to watch, and coffee to. They have a lift just for custom cars that need a flat drive on platform. This is a real plus. Reasonable prices on Repairs, and tires.

I don't expect much from a chain shop, but at the minimum, I need to be engaged with. I walked in, possibly needing a patch/new tire. I was not greeted or welcomed in any way, despite saying " Good morning". I was immediately shut down and was told that none of techs come in until 8 am. Which is fine, but again, I was shut down. I was not asked if I wanted to wait or leave my keys. I jumped in my truck and googled another spot. Act like you want to work and welcome incoming possible business.

Last week I brought in a truck because I was hearing my wheel bearing on the front right side. I received a call back saying that I needed to replace my whole suspension on both sides. Totaling $3,400. I asked if there was one side I could do first and the person mentioned that it s hard to decide based on how worn the parts were. Due to the high cost I decided to take it to another shop for evaluation. I got a call back that only the right wheel bearing needed replacement. I asked if they recommended anything on the left side. And they said that there was no play and no replacement was needed. My actual repair was $600. Very disappointed with Sullivan to say the least.

Had everything confirm beforehand and vehicle. My wife drop off and they say can only put run flats on it because it's a BMW. That's a lie. So we pick car back up. Waste of time & uber back and forth. They probably do this because she's a woman.

If you want quick, efficient service with great customer service… go elsewhere. Called to see what time appointments were available, they said “right now is good” dropped off my car for 10a for an oil change and A/C, fan work because I’ve been sweating bullets in the 100° weather this year and today was the only time off I’ve got during the mid-day I’m not at work. Called at 1p because my phone had been off and wanted to see how much it’d cost for everything and in THREE HOURS TIME hadn’t even started the oil change. “We sent the mechanic to lunch” ok.. what about the other two hours you had with it? If you can’t even be bothered to do a 10-15min TOPS oil change in 3hr, I knew they’d prolong the A/C, fan fix and call the up charge “maintenance and labor fees”. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere but Sullivan on Amherst St. these folks do not value anyone’s time.

I had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. The tire salesman I spoke with had zero knowledge about tires and was completely unhelpful over the phone. I clearly stated the make and model of my car, the exact tire size, and the brand I was looking for—multiple times. Despite this, he repeatedly asked me the same questions over and over, showing that he either wasn’t listening or didn’t understand the information being given. My answers were more than exact, yet the conversation went nowhere. Instead of providing guidance or confirming availability, he seemed confused and unprepared, which is unacceptable for someone whose job is literally to sell tires. This was a total waste of time and showed a serious lack of professionalism, product knowledge, and basic listening skills. If you’re looking for knowledgeable staff or helpful service, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere
