I am so done with this place! I've been going here for over 8yrs the first 5yrs were good. I typically like going to the dealer to have all my service done. I do it for the security of having it done right. But this place, has some mechanics there, that are so untrustworthy, that you can't count on them to do thier job and have caught them not doing work i paid for.

Not happy with the service I've received here. I purchased my Nissan there it wasn't clean, I purchased it back at the beginning of June and I already have to replace my brakes. I will not be making another purchase there. Also I had to buy new battery for the vehicle. In 6 months after purchasing the vehicle I had replaced the breaks and new battery. Not good buyer beware.

I got there for service of my vehicles, which have all been Chevy models since 2006. They are all very cordial here, and when I purchased a box truck, it was consuming too much gas, they allowed me to trade it in for a new 4 door pickup truck, with 2 miles on it. Title for title, as I had purchased the box truck outright, no bank involved. The trade was smooth and they even paid for a sprayed in bed liner, which I was not expecting. I only had the box truck for about 2 weeks and put 300 miles on it, a 15' Unicell box truck, brand new, 5 miles on it. I never had any problems with the service department, they warranted a vehicle I had purchased in Norfolk, VA. And had to have the transmission rebuilt, before they were allowed to give me a brand new one, all with in the 36,000 mile warranty. It cost MacMulkin money to rebuild the 1st tranny, and then install a new one. So as many time as I have been there for service of any sort, it has always been very friendly service.

I've bought my Volt two years ago from MacMulkin. The service that I've had has been first rate however the car is still relatively new so I haven't had anything except routine service, you can't really tell how good a dealer service is until your is 10 years old and it's falling apart. The buying process was the best that I've experienced, they made no attempt to sell me any unnecessary services or extended warranties, we just negotiated a price and that was that.

The hospitality and service is always very good. It's just sad that this country has fallen so far behind in producing new vehicles. This push to the ev is just way to fast. The gas vehicles they produce today are very environmentally friendly. I say just make them better. Besides what is anyone going to do with their batteries after they are done. Talk about hazards waste.

Cadillac and gm el have shady and greedy practices. I have included an email I sent to the CEO. Don't buy these cars. Go foreign . Email; I am writing regarding the unresolved headlight issues in my 2015 Cadillac SRX, and the insufficient 10% discount offered on a $2,500 repair. This offer not only fails to address the safety risk but also disregards the significant financial burden placed on customers dealing with known defects. Cadillac SRX models, particularly from 2010 to 2015, are notorious for headlight defects caused by faulty seals, leading to dim lights and moisture buildup. Despite numerous complaints, GM has yet to issue a comprehensive recall, forcing many owners to purchase aftermarket headlights or attempt repairs themselves. Worse, GM’s proposed solutions, such as limited reimbursements, do not fully cover these costs. This issue is not limited to the Cadillac SRX. The Chevrolet Malibu, for instance, also has a notorious design flaw where the entire front bumper must be removed just to replace a headlight bulb. This makes a simple repair unnecessarily complicated and costly, with average replacement costs ranging from $96 to $163. In many cases, customers are fined for driving with a burned-out headlight due to the inconvenience and cost of replacing them. The headlight assembly labor costs can exceed $400, a price that puts many drivers in unsafe situations simply because they cannot afford the time or money to fix the lights immediately. As a recipient of government bailouts, GM should be more accountable to the public. Your customers should not have to spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars to fix a well-documented, systemic defect. I urge GM to implement a full recall for vehicles affected by these headlight issues, and to offer fair compensation for repairs already undertaken by customers. If your offer is not going to improve, there is no need to have another escalations agent call me. I will just work behind the scenes trying to get someone else to address this issue. I will continue to write safety boards and my local government to try to get you to do right by your customers.

Great place to buy a Corvette and see lots of Corvettes. They sell something like 1,200 Corvettes a year. They know their cars and are easy to work with. Here is my car!

I hate an amazing experience at MacMulkin Chevrolet! I had such great customer service with the girls at the front desk. I was kept updated regularly on the status of my vehicle. I knew just what was happening. I felt so comfortable leaving my car to be fixed! 10/10 all around! When I got my vehicle back it was even clean!!!!! I would never go anywhere else.

After 10 days of keeping the car, GM is still unable to diagnose the problem nor fix it. It took GM engineer a week to visit the dealership. Dealership could not give a specific time frame for the engineer's visit. Worst of all, I not once received a call from the service dept or MacMulkin dealer to provide me a status update. I called every2 to 3 days to find out what is going on with my car. Absolute worst experience as a customer.

A positive experience overall as usual. I've brought my Traverse in for service since we bought it and I feel the service department always does their job and occasionally goes above and beyond. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation with a specific request to check on the health of my brakes. I don't have any issues with them, but the vehicle is at 67k miles and are still wearing original equipment brakes, so I just felt like I needed to be sure. I got what I came for and paid less than full price for what I got with the monthly special. Fun fact: My brakes are fine. 67,000 miles and going....

My car, William a second time for the convertible top and when it came back, it still didn’t work. They took it back into reset something and it worked for a very short period. Now, it still doesn’t work correctly. I don’t think anybody there knows how to fix a Corvette convertible top. I’m not going

Initially there was a problem with the scheduled appointment but the service person took care of the problem and my Trailblazer was serviced. Many thanks to the service person (Sunday, 1/11/26, 1:45 PM), an excellent representative for Macmulkin Chevrolet.

***BEWARE FRAUD*** I purchased my Chevy from MacMulkin brand new, custom ordered (over $90k), two years ago. Recently, I had to have some service done including oil change, and two issues. MacMulkin had my car for FIVE DAYS, and I was charged $350 for SERVICES NOT RENDERED. Within the same day of picking up my car, OnStar alerted me that my oil was at 35%. I had a local mechanic check THAT SAME DAY to find that the oil had not been changed, and the oil filter was old. Fast forward >>after calling MacMulkin and having no issue with my claiming they charged me for services not done (yes, including my other issues), my car was brought back to MacMulkin with the assurance that things would get done, and I would get a loaner car this time. Instead, I waited an HOUR before anyone helped me, and the associate asked if I had a rental car—?! So, I walked out. Needless to say, this is the reason for my review, and after purchasing 6 vehicles from there, MacMulkin will no longer have my business.

Our car was brand new, only 2200 miles on it. Vehicle forced itself into park and would not go back into drive in the middle of an intersection. After a full restart of vehicle we were able to get it into drive with a check engine light on indicating issues with our transmission. Waited on hold for over half an hour to get disconnected, called again got disconnected until finally i asked the receptionist to get me directly to a person as this was urgent. It took 3 more transfers to get to someone who just told me to bring it in we will get you a loaner-nothing more. I get there and maybe got 10 words total from service team member before walking over to the loan desk to get the loaner. Over a week went by with no updates so I called. Again, over an hour of calling and getting placed on hold waiting for service to never get through to a human. Call disconnected twice on me and never got someone. It took me a Facebook message to get someone to call me back. They told me it would still be until the end of the following week and that a part needed to be reordered. Understandable-but where was this communication? I would not have received this info had I not wasted hours of my time. Then no call the following week. The Monday after I call and wouldn't you know-over a half hour of hold until disconnect. Call back-an hour and 15 minutes i waited and never got a human. I had to again reach out on Facebook to get an actual human to reach out to me. collectively since the time my vehicle had this issue to the time i received it back, i spent over 4 hours just sitting on hold and calling back to get transferred because no communication attempts were made to me to keep me in the loop and when I tried to get info for myself, nobody ever answered. The receptionist would transfer me and i would listen to the same recording and song over and over again. I've never had such a hard time getting communication about a ~$40,000 investment that had faults from the beginning. Not a strong start to my relationship with this dealership and their service.

I recently purchased a 2026 Colorado Trail Boss and twice got to have Morgan L. as a service advisor. My first impressions are very positive. The first service was for the post sale installation of a number of accessories I had ordered online. I could not find one item and Morgan worked with the Parts department at MacMulkin (thanks to them as well!), to get it ordered, and this visit was for that install which was flawless. I recently switched from Toyota to Chevrolet and I'm glad I chose MacMulkin Chevrolet. Thank you!

MacMulkin Chevrolet delivered the best car-buying experience I’ve had in my adult life. After a frustrating month with my local Chevy dealer, Todd Larocque was professional, friendly, and immediately focused on helping me find the perfect Corvette. The negotiation was straightforward—no games, no pressure—and they made a deal work for my budget quickly. I now understand why MacMulkin is the #1 Corvette dealership. Huge thanks to Victoria Thompson, Todd Sutherland, and Anthony Lake as well. Everyone was outstanding, patient with my new-Corvette-owner excitement, and incredibly helpful with accessories, warranties, and added services. This is my first Corvette and my dream sports car—MacMulkin made the whole process special. I’m a loyal customer now and I recommend them to anyone shopping for a Corvette.
