They are so nice and kind people … I bought a car with them, my brother also and my dad… they work in the law rules … if you don’t get warranty, you don’t have to say shit …! I paid 18k on my car with no problems on it and they were so honest about my “ONE MONTH” warranty and I did understood that because is “THE LAW” ..! My friend went there today and bought another car … they are so nice and trustable …!

I have to say, working with Jeff, Rick and the entire crew at Tulley Mazda was an absolute pleasure. They hooked us up with a great car at a fair price. The buying process was easy, fair and transparent. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a really nice new vehicle in a no-pressure environment.

The vibe was horrible, and it was a total waste of my time don't be fooled buy the attempt to look like a professional atmosphere they did not take my buissiness seriously so I bought somewhere else the same day with a dealership that valued me as a customer also the way they go about the whole process was irritating just to get a pruce on your turn in and numbers was a whole song and dance also a big turn off as a customer. I have bought a lot of new vehicles. I wouldn't recommend them on a personal level for a vehicle, purchase my experience, and my 2 cents 😎 as a personal side not the price they offered on my trade was insulting even after explaining i had much higher offers they waited until I was half way home to call me to say they would give me the middle of the road number yeah needless to say I was able to get a very fair deal at a smaller dealership!

Like most people, I always hate the process of getting a new car, but the team at Tulley GMC really stepped up and made the process as easy as possible. Working with Cam, Josh, and Ben was seamless, they really care about their customers and made sure i left feeling good about my new car and the experience. Also, Chris in the service department was a pleasure to work with, he was kind and always in communication with me to make sure my experience was a positive one

I recently bought a car from Tulley Mazda, and the overall experience was excellent! From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and well-guided. A special shoutout to *Jesse Corfield*, my sales consultant — he was outstanding! Jesse was patient, knowledgeable, and provided detailed information about the car. He made sure all my questions were answered and gave me honest advice, which helped me make the right decision. Even after the purchase, Jesse and the Tulley team were very supportive and explained all the necessary steps, documents, and post-purchase services clearly. Highly recommend Tulley Mazda for anyone looking for a seamless car-buying experience. And if you can, definitely ask for Jesse — you’ll be in good hands!

Reid, Slava,Val & Cam are the best team I’ve ever dealt with in all my years buying cars. Car buying is one of the biggest dreads ever and these guys put together a dream deal for my dream car flawlessly. This is the fifth or six car I bought from them and they have always treated me well

To my dismay was hung up on by a sales manager by the name of Tom, I was trying to find out the service history of a particular vehicle and was spoken to in a very aggressive manner. Would not recommend doing business with these people. A certified pre owned vehicle should come with ALL service records to maintain transparency and quality to the next buyer. I’m unaware of why they wouldn’t provide it but seems very fishy to me. Really don’t understand how they could be so crass and aggressive with someone trying to do business. Please do your research before buying any vehicle folks!

Service Used to Be a Reason to Buy Here but Not Anymore I’ve bought five cars from Tulley over the years. I have never had a problem with the sale process. I like having vehicles under warranty and going to a dealer I trust. Unfortunately, Tulley no longer earns that trust. Their service experience has declined to the point that it’s now a reason not to buy a car from them. Manchester is the worst, but none of their locations deliver quality service. I’ve had them quote unnecessary repairs. confirmed as not needed by other dealers and the staff is consistently pushy, defensive, and borderline rude. They seem annoyed when you ask about warranties or insurance and act like you're a problem for expecting good service. They even charged me a fee for using my BMW credit card to service my BMW. That’s absurd. It’s so off-putting that it will affect what brand of car I buy next just to avoid needing to go back to Tulley for the service.

I had a great experience working with Wil Infante on the trade and purchase of a certified pre-owned Chevy 2500 pickup. He was genuine, forthcoming, and patient throughout the process. I’m happy to have done business with Tulley and recommend Wil to those looking for a low pressure and informative approach on a vehicle purchase.

I had a good sales experience here. Amanda was a great salesperson as she listened to what I wanted and didn't waste my time trying to sell me something different. The rest of the staff worked to get me a good finance rate and worked in a good deal on my extended service plan. I paid a fair price for my new to me BMW. I would recommend Tulley and would return in the future.

I went to a few dealerships and it didn't quite feel right, so I kept searching, I came across this place skeptical at first due to this being the first time I've ever bought a vehicle at a dealership, when I walked in, there was positive energy and vibes and a bunch of salesman waiting to help you, I quickly got helped by a salesman called Michael torigian who's business card I have posted in the photo who was nothing but respectful, charismatic, and professional and helpful to listen to and questions I hade and did everything possible to meet my commands which in the end he and another gentlemen help make happen, before I left I met with the sales manager mark Pike who was nothing but professional, courteous, and humble and did everything in his power to make it a smooth transition getting this jeep, they really do treat you like family and they are very good at what they do to make sure you happy with a new vehicle. I highly recommend if you are looking for you're next vehicle these guys will go above and beyond to make sure it happens. Thank you so much again for helping me to make this happen!

Just left with this 2024 M2. Great experience with Ben in sales, he was an excellent help with putting the deal together. Angel was A+ with teaching me all the new Technology. Thanks again to the Tulley family for another great BMW. It was time for an Upgrade.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE. They sold us a car with bad tires on it. They knew they had a problem before they put it on the lot. They changed the front tires and hid a bad tire that cupped within 60 days of purchase. The car had never been sold or registered and they would not honor the CERTIFIED PREOWNED condition of the vehicle when the tires were brought back to show the Service Manager, Joe Fritz. He just shrugged his shoulders and claimed they were “good enough” according to the state inspection law that is no longer enforceable in one month. They said they checked the alignment on the vehicle, but gave no alignment report in order to hide the fact they put a shitty tire on a vehicle with 15k miles on the odometer. Very shady and shameful treatment of good customers who now will never trust this dealership with changing a tire on a tricycle.

We had a wonderful car buying experience at Tulley BMW in Nashua, NH. I didn’t think buying a car would ever be smooth and friction free, but our recent experience was enlightening. Our customer contact Kyle was overboard helpful, sales manager Bob was supportive and flexible, finance person Emily was efficient, and dare I say it, fun to work with. This is our first BMW, and we came away with positive vibes. Highly recommended.

After driving 45 minutes each way to this dealership (after they reached out to me, unprompted, to set up an appointment), they saw me over 20 minutes late and did not apologize. After we both put time and effort into seeing if things would be a good fit, this company was rude and disrespectful to my time. You have so many options when it comes to car shopping, due to their unprofessionalism - I can't recommend this dealership for your car buying needs.

I went to Tully Mazda in Nashua last Saturday and bought a 2023 Mazda CX nine. My sales rep Johnathan was great very professional and helpful. The finance manager Bobby was also excellent and handled things very swiftly. The process went quickly and I went home with my new car!

I had a great experience here...Reid was a very good sales person. Transparent, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles...also, John the "finance" guy was also very professional. As we were purchasing rather than leasing the vehicle, he walked us through all the maintenance and warranty options available to us and the pros and cons of each. When the need arises, I will return to Tulley!!

⭐ 1-Star Review — Extremely Disappointing Experience Peter P. I went through Tulley GMC’s online buying process to purchase a truck. We negotiated what I believed was a fair deal on both the price and my trade. All I had to do was bring my trade in for a quick review and finalize the loan. I drove 1.5 hours expecting a smooth, honest transaction. Despite having an 800+ credit score and strong income, they never even ran my credit—yet told me my rate would be 7%. This is outrageous. The average rate for a one-year-old vehicle is between 5% and 6%, and I was already approved at another dealership within that range. There was absolutely no justification for the inflated rate they tried to stick me with. I’ve been buying vehicles for 30 years, and this was one of the shadiest experiences I’ve encountered. It felt like they were trying to bury everything in the finance office and hope I wouldn’t question it. I walked out immediately. Beware, beware, beware. If this is how they treat qualified buyers with excellent credit, I can only imagine how they treat everyone else. I will continue to share my experience so others don’t waste their time like I did.
