Shop manager Phil Hudson rocks. What I anticipated to be a minimum two to three-week repair, he had the entire repair done in less than a week (aluminum bedside replacement on an F150, plus rear bumper, etc.). He proactively pre-ordered parts and had the job ready to roll immediately. The quality is fantastic (thanks to Ramon's excellent repairs and a great paint department), and I'm absolutely impressed. The front office staff is superb; thank you Donna and Galyn! Wonderful job from the entire team!

CC in Nashua was fantastic. I had a deer play target practice with my truck and gave them a call because they did a great job with my husband's truck. They were very thorough with the inspection and got parts on order quickly. I did get a call the day before p/u to let me know it would be another day or two because they didn't like the way a replacement part was fitting to my 4Runner. It was ready on the newly promised date, and it looks great. 10 out of 10. I hope you don't need collision repair, but if you do the Manchester and Nashua locations are both great!

I handed over my car to the service center as directed by the insurance company. They told me it would take no more than two weeks, but it was kept there for a full month. Moreover, when I got my car back, the steering wheel started to shake while accelerating, and the drive mode button was broken. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and I definitely do not recommend them to anyone.

Crash Champions was great to work with and Brian , as well as the office staff, were efficient and friendly. They worked very well with USAA insurance and Enterprise car rental in Merrimack. It was flawless! Workmanship was excellent. Pick up as well as drop off could not have gone better. Highly recommend the Nashua office of Crash Champions!

I highly recommend Crash Champions for any type of bodywork needed from an auto or any other type of accident. I was on a time crunch, because I was turning my lease car in on a certain day and needed some minor work done before turning it in. I went to Crash Champions to see if I could get an estimate done. I didn’t even have to wait for an estimate, because one of the gentleman who works there, Phil, offered to take a look at my car and gave me an affordable estimate on the spot. He understood my situation and I was able to have the work done within two days. The job was done on time and the repair was perfect, like brand new! I would highly recommend Crash Champions for their excellent Customer Service and caring, ( thank you Donna, Gaylan and Phil ) and their excellent work and attention to detail. You won’t be sorry, just happy!

My experience with Crash Champions was excellent from our first conversation immediately after my accident, to the time I brought my auto in for repairs and throughout the repair process. My auto was repaired just as promised and I am a happy customer! Thank you so much for your excellent service! Collette

Terrible quality work, took an unreasonable amount of time(4 weeks) to do a bumper, headlight l and some other small stuff. Communication was nil. Would never go back if I had the option, and would not recommend to anyone who actually cares what their car looks like

Awesome awesome awesome work. Brought my 22’ WRX here for some repairs to the front bumper, hood, fender and passenger side door. Body lines are perfect, paint match is perfect. No drips, or overspray. They were super awesome and had my front lip and tow hook license plate mount installed that I gave them. Got it done in a timely fashion. 100% will recommend and use again if needed. Thanks guys!

Having the work done at Crash Champions was the easiest part of my accident/claim. I am so glad my insurance recommended getting my repair done here! I was able to speak with both the staff/mechanic many times with follow up questions, insurance corrections, and updates. They kept me VERY informed throughout the entire process and were understanding to my unique situation. My car came out looking beautiful and I would absolutely recommend using them for repair work!

I was in an accident, and crashed champions, took care of the repairs to my van. They were very knowledgeable, had great staff, and kept in touch with me. It took longer than expected, but this was due to the parts they received not being suitable enough, so they told me they were getting better parts, and I appreciate that high quality service and care for my van.

We had our 4-Runner brought here bc it's a "Preferred Shop " through Nationwide. HUGE MISTAKE. We left in so much worse condition. It was a light accident, on our right side. They can't guarantee our bumper will go on, but if we split the cost of a New OEM, then maybe . Really?? We've had a Shop fix our other bumper before, NO PROBLEM. No Alignment. Broke our lights. We HAD NO PROBLEM WITH OUR LIGHTS. WHEN WE BROUGHT IT BACK., A GIRL TOOK IT IN THE GARAGE FOR 3-5 MINUTES, CAME OUT WITH PICTURES OF AN ELECTRIC TAPED LIGHT. SAYING OH IT WORKS, YOU JUST DIDNT TURN IT ON. OMG SO DISRESPECTFUL. I HAVE PROOF WHEN WE HAD OUR FRONT END DONE, BRAND NEW LIGHTS, NEVER ANYTHING TAPED. THEY PROBABLY PULLED OUR FRONT BUMPER WITHOUT DISCONNECTING THE LIGHTS. SO OUR BUMPER IS CRACKED IN THE BACK, THE ONE THEY 'WORKED' ON. WE HAD TO GET NEW TIRES BC OF NO ALIGNMENT, OUR TIRES WERE 6 MONTHS OLD. 800 ON TIRES, 100 ON ALIGNMENT, THEN A DIFFERENT MECHANIC FOUND A BROKEN BUMPER HORN UNDER THE CAR. THATS A HUGE SAFETY PROBLEM. THE MECHANIC DIDNT WANT TO GIVE US OUR CAR BC OF SAFETY ISSUES. OUR LIGHTS I IMMEDIATELY REPORTED TO THE SHOP, TOLD THEM THEY DIDNT DO AN ALIGNMENT. Nothing done. Do we pulled our deductible, and now waiting on Corporate to sort this out. We are well over $2,100. On fixes, and our lights are still broken. I would NEVER LET THIS SHOP FIX ANYTHING ON MY CAR. KEEP LOOKING, WAY BETTER SHOPS OUT THERE.

The most unprofessional and inappropriate behavior I have ever experienced at a public business. We were looking over the vehicle with Trisha are advisor and I noticed some immediate concerns that were very obvious. I asked a simple question about the warranty. Does the warranty cover orange peel? Trishas response “what orange peel? Orange peel would be there already, it just doesn’t show up.” It was a simple yes or no. Don’t need the attitude. This is how it was the entire encounter with her. The bumper fitment was very poor. One side had a big gap while The other side was somewhat flush. I pointed this out and she tells me that Camrys have flares in the back and that’s “normal” so i immediately call her out for being dishonest. If that were true how is one side flush and the other isn’t? Then she says, oh well aftermarket bumpers won’t fit perfectly. I thought it was normal? We were told that only OEM parts would be used and were never notified that anything else would be used. Never communicated anything about the repairs. This may have been told to us by are insurance but there’s still a lack of communication here. Anyone who knows cars knows that non oem parts are known to have these issues. If this was communicated like it should’ve been we would’ve never ever had them use non oem. I go to the side panel and there’s polish dust and scuff marks all over the paint where they buffed out damages. I pointed that out as well and she claims that they never touched that part of the car so those buff marks must’ve been there. So the damage in that area magically disappeared with no buffing but there’s scuff marks and polish dust from buffing? So at this point I ask for a manager. Phillip comes out and immediately becomes argumentative, rude condescending and completely disrespectful. I told him I didn’t appreciate the lack of communication about when the rental was done and the fitment of the bumper. Him and Trisha both gang up and argue with us saying that it’s are fault we didn’t know the car was done days ago. Saying they left us a message about the car. They called monday and said the car may be done Tuesday but if not it’ll be Friday. No further communication was made. We received a message saying pickup is all set for Friday. So how would we have known it’s ready? Is it are responsibility to call everyday or do we have a service advisor for that? So at this point the lack of communication has costed us extra days for a rental car. I try to have Phillip stand at a certain angle so he can see how big the gap is and he just yells “so what do you want” u want the bumper fixed? I said ya obviously. I said, I feel like are time was wasted, how could no one else not notice the massive gap on the one side? Were they hoping that we just wouldn’t care? He then gives us a salute before they walk inside refusing to provide names or a corporate phone number, or offer a plan for what we pointed out about the car. Just left us standing outside. What did the salute mean? Is that how professionals act toward paying customers? Or better yet, the general manager of an establishment? I called the shop and asked to speak to a gm. They leave me on hold for 10 minutes so I call back. They again, put me on hold for 5 minutes then Phillip picks up. I told him that yelling at us infront of his shop was completely unacceptable and unprofessional . He says it was because I kept cutting him off mid sentence. That’s an excusable reason to yell at upset customers who just paid thousands for repairs, in public infront of other people? If I ever treated my customers or anyone at work like we were treated today I wouldn’t have a job. He then hung up on me after I kept asking for a corporate number or some number for me to make a formal complaint. I called a different location and got a number in minutes. Why be so combative instead of defusing the situation every opportunity you were given? We will never go back to this location. I spoke to John and he was great. He Explained everything and offered a solution that worked for us.

I was told when dropped off on 2/27 it would be completed by 3/6. On Monday told underway. Tuesday still on target for 3/6. Wednesday still on track for 3/6. Thursday we are nearing completion. Any delay we will call you. Friday no word so called late morning. Nobody knows at first so after put on hold told 3/11 as it was just painted! I asked why I wasn’t notified and told girl was out who does keep customers informed.very lame and very poor customer service. Not one bit happy as I don’t like rental that we received.

Amazing service and very friendly staff! I was pleasantly surprised with an extremely fast turn around and my car looks good as new! I ended up needing a rental car during the fix and Crash Champions saved me a ton by getting my car back so quickly. Obviously I don't want to end up in another accident, but I will be here as my first option if needed. Highly recommend! Thank you, Crash Champions team!!
