They are thefts over charge then charge me storage couse they go on vacation over weekend and did say anything to me couse 550 fillers to do a 150 filler job look out

Very poor customer service. Do not get an interlock services done here. They charge double to install and double to calibrate. Prices should be $35 and they charge $75. Please do your research before listening to anything they tell you. It's all lies!!!

Had saab fixed here. Part went defective after 3 months, and herb refused to cover warranty for labor. Got three estimates from 3 different mechanics and Herb was more expensive than all of them by $300. DO not recommend this shop for anything. Overcharges, bad customer service, bad service in general.

Needed a headlight replaced that was not the typical factory replacement and I was refused by 3 other mechanics until I came across this gem, where they replaced it immediately as I stood there. And for what is definitely considered a very generous cost. I have just found my new mechanic in Nashua.

Do not go to this store if even if you have too. They quote and tell you a certain amount of labor hours but when it come to paying they charge almost double . I bought a battery from them and it died in one month and I had to pay them another 100 dollars just to replace my the faulty battery I was given. If you have to come here for Intoxalock try to find another mechanic they know you can’t go anywhere else and charge you accordingly . Don’t come here for an inspection you’ll just get a large bill and headaches and they charge 100 bucks for using a credit card.

I called to schedule an appointment for a strange noise my car made and they were able to schedule me immediately to check it out. After a few hours, not only was I pleased to learn my car was fine but they also didn't charge me anything! I will definitely be coming back for any repairs I need in the future. They are clearly an honest shop with good people.
