Great experience with first service at Porsche Nashua. Bought my Cayman Style Edition in March 2024. Given New Hampshire weather I planned to take it out for storage and bring it in for first year service and state inspection early April. My service advisor reached out to me and was very flexible in getting the car in before the first year was up so the cost was covered by Porsche. Also worked around the Spring snow storms. Service completed perfectly and the tech kept me updated.

Service at Porsche Nashua is First Class. Communication before dropoff about anything I wanted them to tend to. Video inspection of my vehicle sent to me soon after they brought it into the shop. Everything was addressed and any other current or future concerns noted. Questions answered. Work completed and a much cleaner car was ready for pickup. It runs and drives like it should. Absolutely love the new Nashua Porsche dealership and service center. Easy process to drop off in an enclosed drive through bay. Same professional service as before in a much more pleasant and comfortable environment. Waiting area was large and comfortable with snacks and refreshments to make the wait more enjoyable.

Dave Iby at the Service Center and the whole Porsche team have been nothing but wonderful!!! They are the most professional and efficient Service Center; we have ever dealt with!!! They know their vehicles. My husband and I are so very pleased with their service and the Porsche Nashua location!!! Dave and Mike are so professional, knowledgeable and helpful with our Macan. We couldn’t be happier with Porsche!!! When we want to purchase another vehicle, it most definitely will be a Porsche.

The new facility is huge and looks great. Service representatives are very friendly. My car is CPO and I brought it in due to a warning light for a parking brake. The service ended up costing me about $530 for labor and two $12 screws. Because the part was not "broken" and just needed an "adjustment", so it was not covered under the CPO program. Ridiculous. And I was offered a complimentary car wash which they did not give me. Not a big deal but they noted it on my invoice stating it was washed.
